房间里有蟑螂，之后我被要求换房间好几次，第一次是因为马桶漏水，淋浴的水进入房间并造成水淹，第二次房间在告知续订后也被要求换房间，理由是房间需要修理厕所门，第三次房间的厕所也有轻微的漏水，渗水，尤其是那位老客房服务人员非常粗鲁，下午三点我们正在睡觉，客房服务人员拿着备用钥匙闯进房间，没有先敲门，进去时他只说了一句水？然后放下2瓶水就走了。 之后，我们决定不延期就退房，因为我们对客房服务的态度感到惊讶，最后一天，从上午 10 点开始，他们就打电话并敲门询问什么时候退房：） 对于相当大的房间面积

Bersih dan staff nya ramah ramah.

Kamarnya lumayan besar, bersih, dan fasilitas kamar juga ok. Pelayanan juga sangat ramah-ramah. Untuk harga juga gak mahal, lokasi strategis dekat Pratunam Market, Big C, Platinum, Central World, Palladium Night Market. Pokoknya ok lah.

Photo for the promote with the real room not the same and the room very dirty, and why staff told us this not the fist complain about the room and the picture! We want refund money back can't too! What happen that not my fall cause room and picture for promote not the same? Very bad hotel! This is (Hotel Indian). Are fake photo in application don't believe it.

Everything bad. Food stinks up to the bedroom. Poor service and talk no good with customer I think this hotel only for Indian 😡. I booking 4 nights but can stay only 2 nights because my feeling not ok, very stinky in room.
