Horrible experience! We were not informed beforehand that the water activities will not be available until December so we had nothing much to do for 2 days; Door has no lock; TV was not working, we were told that they would give us a USB of movies but it never came; Some breakfast items were not available anymore before 10am; Pathway is not senior citizen and PWD-friendly; Card payment was not working and office staff did not return my card immediately which I have left when I left out of frustration; She was unaffected even when told how poor their service was; Aside from the politeness of the restaurant and room service staff, it was still very poor service since all that we have requested came very late; Bringing food is subject to corkage fee but the grocery is closed and only opened on the day we left. Total waste of hard-earned money.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Playa La Caleta. Our kids had fun. And that's what's important. Their staff are accommodating and polite. The beach was clean and well maintained. The sand was grayish to cream, not that fine, but that's not a problem specially for kids who loves the beach. It was peaceful and relaxing too at PLC. One problem was their shower room, it has no light, that made it very difficult for us to shower at night. Overall, we can still recommend PLC.

The staffs are not accommodating. They even don't welcome us and bring us on our cottages after payment. They just get our money & they just stay on the office. Only the bankero (Kuya Janjan) brought us to the our cottage. Also, even we booked on app, there are no prepared cottage for us!!! The place is the best example of expectation vs reality. 😔
