very bad service people at receptionist very rude and suck we should checkout 12p.m but receptionist ask me to checkout 10.30a.m no housekeeping bad aircon only good at here is the maintained guy

The toilet are very terrible, the bed that I sleep a lot of sand, looks like they never clean it, and the breakfast is not worth, a simple breakfast but taste not nice, we didn't take the package so we can select the dinner and lunch by ourselves when we arrive they ask us to pay the breakfast fee for other two people because we have 4 people but they only provide two people breakfast. Another things is when we arrive they collect our ferry ticket and they say will send us to jetty when we check out, remind you all don't give them just tell them wait time your ferry and keep the ticket by yourself, our ferry at 8 but we already told them 7.30 need to arrive jetty, but 7.35 the lorry only come to fetch us, the previous day we told them 7.15 we want to arrive there because we want to take photo and they also say ok and ask us 7 wait at counter and fetch us at 7 but they late for 35 minute, luckily when we arrive jetty at 7.40 and the ferry just came. The only things that we all satisfy is the sea in front the resort is very clear compare with others resort, and the leader of snorkeling is nice because they will prepare the food for turtle unlike others resort didn't prepare anythings, because of they prepare the food for turtle so we can see many turtle around our boat and touch the turtle and also hug the turtle.

The toilet is so bad shape and the room doesn't reflect to the price. For tourist it will be disaster, if they stay here.

Tempat cukup bersih, kamar cukup bersih, AC dingin, sarapan standard, lunch cukup enak, makan malam cukup enak, view pantai bangus banget. Untuk snorkling oke kok Ada Blue Sand, Baby Shark.
