房间很干净，空调也很凉爽，办理入住时，工作人员非常热情周到。

我非常喜欢这家现代而干净的酒店。工作人员很友好，入住手续也很便捷，只需自助办理。酒店地理位置优越，靠近Chowrasta市场，那里有很多美食和纪念品。步行即可到达👍👍👍

The hotel only provides 1 keycard, so if you need to leave someone in the room with lights on, ask the receptionists and they will give you an electricity card. Those who are non Malaysian resident need to consider on how to pay the hotel room tax which is RM10/night as it is payable ONLY by cards, no cash.

Everything good, but room abit small.

The location is very good, because the hotel is near from anywhere. It is located at the central of Penang. Two minutes walk to Mydin, three minutes walk to cendol, everything was good. Recommended for budget hotel and the single bed room is also nice.

Easy to find foods and 7-Eleven just a short walk, the room so spacious and clean, but the bed is just so-so.

Khu vực khách sạn đẹp, thuận tiện. Check in/out tự động rất nhanh, dễ làm và tiện lợi. Tuy nhiên phòng vệ sinh và phòng ngủ được nối liền nhau bằng khoản hở ở cửa sổ nên không được riêng tư. Không có thùng rác trong nhà vệ sinh, không ấm đun, máy sấy và bàn ủi phải đến quầy lễ tân mượn. Cửa sổ được bắn keo kín nên không mở được, bồn cầu 1 lúc sẽ hực lên 1 mùi cống khá hôi.

Phòng ẩm thấp, ổ cắm điện không tiện, không gần giường. Trong phòng chỉ có 2 ổ cắm điện ở vị trí không thuận tiện. Tủ lạnh cũng không! Phòng cách âm không tốt, có thể nghe rõ tiếng bước chân ngoài hành lang. Giá booking tại chỗ rẻ hơn book trước đó tại traveloka. Nhân viên không thân thiện, không phụ giúp khi bạn mang hành lý nặng.

New hotel, walkable distance to restaurants and shops. Aircon was cold and room was spacious. Hotel is new and easy to locate. Good experience and would book again.

Oklah murah, bersih dan dkt kota.

Kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan airnya deras, dekat dengan Penang Road, kuliner pagi sampai banyak dekat food court atau dekat pasar, enggak jauh dari hotel. Okelah.

Great location and polite staff. The room was OK, a bit small, with a clean bathroom. Had a pretty nice stay.
