We noted that we will be checking in late and it ' s very unfortunate that we arrived at around 2am, but it was stated in the accommodation description that they are available 24/7 from check in to check out. The rooms were already paid and we expected that it ' s already prepared for us, sadly it wasn't. They gave us an option to upgrade to family room (with additional cost) because that ' s the only one available. I've said my sentiments but they stressed out that they are not"hotel"to accommodate us at 2 am which is very contrary to their description of"24/7". They even told me to check in at 12noon then we can get what we want. Very unprofessional, but we had no choice. However, two other staffs were very courteous and kind.
