You feel very welcomed the moment you stepped walk in through the lift lobby. The check in was smooth and easy as you just need to sit and they will take care of the rest. The room was nice and the view is the one that did it for me. The rooftop breakfast experience was also awesome and just can't wait to come back for another visit.

Well, staff promised early check-in on my second stay, broke their promise, never said it was subject to availability. I purposely came back from Genting earlier because of their guarantee, eventually was given room at 3.15 PM. Requested a side by side room, was also not given. FYI, I stayed for 3 nights on 1st May and another 1 night on 6th of May. Not to mention during my first stay, the room is not available until above 4 PM, and to make it worse, rushed cleaning resulted in slimy floors. I thought service is part of the price. Disappointed on the Banyan Tree standards.

Well, to start off, we stayed for 3 nights for 2 rooms on 1st of May 2022 on our trip to Kuala Lumpur, we went to check-in at 3.30 pm, however the room was yet available, so eventually have to wait until 4.30 pm for our room to be ready, sad to be said, the rushedly cleaned room had slimy floors in some areas. Then on 4th of May we checked out for 2 nights in Genting, during check-out, we were promised early check in of 12 PM for 6th of May stay since we are coming back for one more night. Therefore, we scheduled our trip back from Genting early also to adjust. Disapointingly, we arrived at 1.15 PM, was not given rooms until 3.15 PM. Please note that the staff guaranteed us the early check-in, and never subject to availability. Guess this is what happens when the hotel is too full, they can do anything to squeeze all their guests into any rooms available. Didn't expect this from Banyan Tree standards, I thought service is part of the price. Not to mention our request of a simple side by side rooms that was guaranteed also by the hotel staff, was eventually a no show.

I had pleasant stay. Check in out time superfast and friendly staff. Great breakfast option and delicious. We stay at level 53A. The bath tub is super huge with automate toilet. I love the scent that they use in the room. Extremely clean. Its worth for money ❤️. Thank you Banyan

Excellent service by the staff. The room is spacious And exact same as per booking. Will revisit again this hotel. The reception located at 53rd floor. Room is from 54-56 floor. Breakfast at 58 floor if not mistaken. Morning breakfast view is nice facing to petronas twin tower.

Amazing stay at sanctuary suite. Room was super spacious. Extremely romantic with the pool in front of the bed overlooking KLCC. Staff named Zach was pleasantly polite and helpful. Other staffs were very friendly too. Loved every bit of the staycation. Would definitely comeback :)

Overall, my family and I have a pleasant stay in Banyan Tree Hotel. The good: • They have arguably the best breakfast menu among Hotels in KL • Since we stay with a baby, they let us have an in room breakfast. • The check in process is really smooth almost left us do nothing then giving them our identity card. We needed to wait for around 30mins, so they bring us to Vertigo to enjoy coffee and tea with amazing view from level 59. • When we are about to go back home, the lobby staff assisting us from level 53 to the car park. The bad: • When I arrived and dropping the luggage in front of lobby, the bellman didn't reach out to me. Even after I call them that I want to check-in, there are some seconds they are just look at me before coming and ask my hotel booking ticket. However they are very responsive to the car that just came after me.

We had a blast during our stay at Banyan Tree hotel, we enjoyed dinner at Horizon Grill and coffee time at the rooftop bar. The room was super huge, clean and the staff was very helpful.

I had the pleasant stay. The room is comes with the daily scented oil, housekeeping will light it up during turn down service. The aroma is smells good and with the music in the room. It will makes you feel relaxing and have a good sleep. Thank you for the hospitality service.

Hotel mewah dan ramah dengan view yang cantik dari lantai 53 (resepsionis, kolam renang dan gym) dan dari lantai 58/59 (horizon grill dan vertigo), hotel dapat diakses dari pavilion.

Kamar luas, ada jalan terhubung ke pavilion mal, pelayanan yang ramah. Saya akan kembali menginap di hotel ini.
