Ruang besar parking ada 2 lot, puas hati stay di tower.

Best apartment ever... highly recommended

Staff yang baik, bilik tidak sama seperti dalam gambar, bilik yang kosong, tiada air mineral dan tisu.

1. There is no phone coverage have to fully rely on wifi. No wifi coverage inside the rooms though. 2. All the fans were dusty and a lot of rubbish found at balcony and at the back of bed and underneath the sofa. Called up housekeeping and they cleaned up next day. 3. Toilet ventilation is poor and a lot of insects due to humidity. Disgusting.

Bilik luas, selesa & bersih. Sangat memuaskan.

Keren habis nih apartemen. sayang dapat unit apartemen shower bocor jadi agak susah kalau mandi. Tapi dari check-in sampai check-out semuanya gampang.

Room and facilities are good except for the toilet. There are no towel hook and bidet hose in the toilet.

1. television was not working the whole 3 days 2. no shampoo or soap provided in the toilets 3. the aircond in the living room isn't working optimally 4. the 2nd bedroom got locked and a locksmith had to come nevertheless we would like to thank Derrick for being responsive and swift in his responses.

太棒了，这是我租过的最好的公寓，景色很美，靠近山，感觉很自然。主人也很好，让我提前 3 小时入住，并将我的东西留在那里，以便晚上取回。又借了2个3针充电器……一定会推荐朋友来这里。而且这里靠近大学区（大学集中），所以有学生美食广场，价格极其便宜。绝对会给五星好评。。

Lokasi jauh dari kota. Mesjid atau musholla tidak ada. Tidak ada fasilitas untuk orang islam beribadah, padahal ini apartemen bukan hotel. Kolam renang malam tidak bisa dipakai, peraturan kolam renang luar biasa ketat. Hampir semua pengunjung di cek pakai annya. Ada dapur tapi tak ada kompor. Padahal sudah niat mau masak jadi gagal. Desain interior hotel bagus, kamar bersih.

Staff very good, the house also nice but there were lack of facilities that service apartment should have. No mirrors in each room, no toiletries in a toilet, tv not functioning. Also, I found a lot of ants and cockroach at the hall and in the room. P

Menginap bersama rekan-rekan. Tempat yang oke apalagi dengan keluarga. Private apartemen, luas tempat tidurnya, sayangnya tidak ada kompor.

Everything about this serviced apartment is marvelous. It was clean, well preserved, equipped with all kitchen utensils. However what is upsetting me was the caretaker. The caretaker was ruthless. I still remember being accused haven’t paid yet when obviously I have. Not to mention the way I was replied, wasn’t nice at all.

Apartemen nyaman namun pelayanan sangat kasar. Petugas tidak melayani proses check-in dengan baik. Saya mau check-in, karena lokasi kamar sedikit membingungkan jadi saya minta tolong petugas untuk mengantar ke kamar sekalian melelasin detail apartemen, eh dianya malah marah-marah dan merengut karena sudah lewat jam kerjanya. Jadi tidak nyaman karena petugasnya kasar.

Apartemennya bagus dan bersih banget, senang menginap disini.

ห้องใหญ่น่าอยู่เหมือนในรูป เสียอย่างเดียว wifi ใช้ไม่ได้

Saat kami datang ternyat apart yang kami sewa bukan punya resmi arte servis jadi milik pribadi, jadi cukup kesulitan kami menghubunginya via telpon. Beberapa kali tidak tersambung. Lama sekali. begitu juga saat check-out. Akhirnya kami tinggal kuncinya di meja apart. Lift-nya juga lagi rusak 2 hari juga kami pun harus pake lift barang yang harus antri lama karena semua penyewa termasuk cleaning servis yang bawa peralatan full 1 lift. Kami tidak akan menginap di sana lagi.

the apartment was fully furnished and also clean but the only thing that not good is there is no wifi :( but overall I got good experience stayed at arte s apartment
