酒店位于市中心，地理位置优越，周边餐饮选择丰富，但酒店价格与设施不符。

总体而言，酒店品质正在下降……尽管地理位置优越……但几乎所有设施都不够完善……虽然这家酒店去哪儿都很方便，但如果设施继续这样下去……那就太可惜了。

一家老式酒店……前台服务人员友善，花园不错，位置便利，就是有点吵。早餐一般，健身房和游泳池也一般。

虽然这家酒店比较老旧，但房间依然舒适。热水供应充足。酒店位于市中心，交通便利，靠近火车站，去哪儿都很方便。早餐种类不多，但味道不错。服务也非常好……

Bangunannya tua, mungkin butuh pembaharuan. Harganya tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas yang didapat. So sorry.

Water heater not operated normally, so many mosquito, breakfast menu not variated. Management should improve their services since one of favourite hotel in Siantar.

Please read all the following before you make booking. 1) This is an old hotel. 2) The hot water is only available on certain period. not whole day. besides that, the water flow was too less/ slow. We need to fill the jacuzzi if not we unable to take a shower. The cool/hot water tap was not function. The water came out all the way hot water. we stay room 141. 3) The wifi connection very poor. can say like 0 wifi. 4) The breakfast was not much choice. 5) We book a standard room with total 4 persons. (2 adult, 2 children) but we cannot enjoy the swimming pool for all of us, the staff said swimming pool service is only allow for 2 persons per room. The other 2 persons need to pay extra 10000/person. 6) The walking area's light is fully switch on at night, that was too bright to our room even we switch off all the light in our room. We feel not comfortable on it. 7) The air-con is not cool enough. Old model air-conditioner. 8) there was not hair dryer in this hotel.

Cukup bersih dan stafnya ramah. Cuma karena punya baby tempat tidurnya kurang besar ukurannya lebih kecil dibanding double bed biasanya. Kamarnya juga agak sempit. Mungkin karena bangunan lama ya.

Pelayanan kurang, air panas kok baru ada jam 6 pagi. Mau sholat subuh gimana.

Lokasi sangat bagus, kawasan hijau dan ada lapangan hijau terbuka yang luas. Hanya saja fasilitas ruangan perlu diperbaiki. Air panas kurang, grendel pintu sudah kuno dan kadang bermasalah.

Saya menginap di standar new, lumayan bersih, lokasi dan tempat parkir sangat bagus dan luas, Sarapan pagi walaupun menu sederhana tapi ruangan makanannya menyenangkan, Kita dapat melihat padang rumput hijau melalui jendela ruang makan rasa rilek dan nyaman di pagi hari menyenangkan.
