2025年6月17日入住，2晚1天 入住时间不多，但房东非常热情友好。房东做的早餐很美味，我们可以选择鸡肉河粉、牛肉河粉、鸡蛋面包或方便面。我们当然选择了鸡肉河粉，还送了满满一盘西瓜🍉，这大概是当天的水果了。 房子和图片一样漂亮。靠近自然和树木，房子深处，依山而建。进门的路比较颠簸，可能是因为你们能碰到当地人吧？进门的时候，我碰到了一辆颠簸的车，路况不好，我有点害怕。还好，第二次遇到司机，他知识渊博，路很短，即使在雨中，他开得也很平稳。房东也非常热情，告诉司机送我们去房间，因为酒吧还没到我们的房间。游泳池很大，景色很美，早上我看到这里的工作人员在轮流打扫。 总体来说很棒 我们甚至借了盘子、碗和筷子吃饭，房东也借给了我们。 房间还可以，第一天下水道有点堵，但后来就好了。水有点小，刚好够用，水流不大，但还可以接受。 前台小哥很开朗，乐于助人，而且很灵活。 入住时间是下午2点，但我家人提前到了，房东（我的兄弟）非常热情，邀请我们去房间休息，打开空调避开刺眼的阳光。房东还提前帮我们打扫了房间。 非常感谢，所以第二天我们提前打扫干净并退房，因为我们知道第二天可能会有很多新房客。 我们离开时，房东也愉快地与我们道别，并邀请我们进去喝一杯，聊聊天。但我下次请求允许，因为车已经到了。 *改进服务的建议：房东应该为房客提供路线指引，以便他们获得更好的体验。 谢谢

Be aware if you wanna book this place! First: we got lost at night, the taxi driver was also confused by the location. I believe that you can find a good hotel that is located at the center and closed to all attractions. If you want something that natural staying vibe, I strongly urge you to do more research instead picking this one. The cleaning is also one of the big things to keep in mind if you stay here. The swimming pool seems cool on website BUT the reality is NO, we saw died mosquitoes in the pool, a dead frog in the drain of the pool thay was stinking. Second: the service is so so so F*cking bad. The woman with black short hair that stays at the receptionist desk, not sure if that person is owner or just working there, but that person really gave me the worst hospitality service ever. That woman was so rude when every time I asked for help and replied with a tone of disdain. If that woman is just working there, the owner really needs to fire her lol. She seems doesn't wanna work. Thirdly: also reconsider if you wanna do your laundry there, your item is possibly lost and no way to find! In all my trip from in Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh city-Hue-Ha Noi-Ninh Binh-Sapa-Halong Bay, this place in Ninh Binh gave me the worst experience.

Đường vào resort rất xấu, phòng dọn chưa được sạch, nhà tắm, nhà vệ sinh hơi vòi nước bị hỏng, vòi nước gỉ séc. lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp sử dụng điện thoại nhiều không để ý khách hỏi. Không biết khách đã đặt bàn hay không thái độ không được tôn trọng khách. Bể bơi có trứng ốc bưu vàng bám ở thành, đáy bể không sạch có rác. Vớt lại được cảnh thiên nhiên đẹp.

Bồ bơi rất dơ, đầy rêu, đục ngầu nhân viên nam thì vui vẻ, nhiệt tình nhân viên nữ thì thờ ơ, mặt mày 1 đống

Phòng sạch đẹp, view dễ thương, nhân viên tiếp đón không hài lòng lắm, lưc vào thù niềm nở, khi về thù không thèm ra chào hỏi lun, ăn uống cũng hơi đắt

Mọi thứ đều ok. Chỉ có ăn sáng hơi tệ
