我在这家酒店住了五天。周二，接待员报告说枕头很脏，并要求我付费清洁枕头。但是因为爷爷奶奶比较主观，所以入住的时候没有报告枕头脏。第三天接待员报告了，我检查了一下，发现这个污渍已经在那里很久了，像是漏水了或者很久没洗了。 4 月 14 日至 15 日打扫我房间的女士说了一些难听的话，并暗示我试图争辩，这样我就不必支付 60,000 美元来清洁枕头。随后我立即下楼与全是早班的前台小姐谈话，结果她只回复了几句话，让我算了，不要去管前台小姐的心思，总是打断我说话，根本不想听顾客的意见。除此之外还不错，但是早上接待员和客房服务人员处理问题的能力很差。导致我家人在之后的几天住宿时很不开心。

The room was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything I needed, from a spacious bed to a nice bathroom with all the amenities. I felt very relaxed and well taken care of during my stay.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and the location in District 1 was perfect. It was close to many business offices and meeting places, making it easy to get around. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, which allowed me to relax after a busy day of work.

This hotel is of a moderate size. When I arrived to check in, there were quite a few people, but the reception staff processed everything quickly and were very friendly.

Their hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and offers good value for the price. In the bedroom, the facilities were fully equipped to meet our needs, so we didn't have to ask the front desk for assistance.

The staff made every effort, providing exceptional support for our plans and ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, the room was clean and bright.
