All the staff are very accommodating. The place is very nice. Everything was neat. We were surprised to see the greetings on the bed. We really had a great time staying here!

It was great! Loved the hot chocolate and sisig! Our room didn’t have a smart TV though so I had to watch Netflix through mirror screen and it was pixelized. Other than that, everything was terrific!

The following are the reasons: The welcome drink was given at around 6pm 📍The Bath tub looks dirty 📍TV was not working, bath gel canister is empty. I reported it and was given 1 at a time. It disrupted my rest. The guest beside our room creates loud noise as she is endlessly taking a phone call. I reported it again. upon check out, to avoid the que, I told them that I’ll just have a dinner in their poolside restaurant. However, my sister received a call from the Receptionist, panicking and asking where is my sister as she is not paid yet. Overall, the experience was a disappointment. I do not go to hotels most of the time, so it is easy for me to be pleased, however It is not what I expected and surely I am giving them 3 out of 10 rating.
