First day I got a room with cigarrette's smell but they compensated with another room. After 5 nights and checked out the firstly asked me to pay the water bottles I took from refrigerator, but they did not provide the water as a compliment so I took the water and they asked to pay? But after I told them they realize their mistake and it's okay. People make mistakes but if you admit and compensate, it's awesome!
