The hotel is good, the room is good and the food is good also.. but one thing na napansin ko is medjo kulang po sila sa customer service.,even if they see you already standing in front of them, they won’t initiate to ask you if how they can help you.. I remember when i checked in there, may naka una sa akin na babae na nag checheck in din, tapos ako nakatayo lang sa tabi nung customer, pagkatapos magtransact nung isang customer, yung receptionist may ginagawa sa computer, I dont know what she was doing, I was standing in front of her and waiting for her to asked me.,pero wala siyang sinabi na kahit “ma’am sandali lang po huh?” maiintindihan ko naman kung may tinatapos siya saglit. Ako na mismo yung nagsabi na magchecheck in ako, saka niya pa kinuha yung ID and information ko. It was late at night na ako naka checked in kaya medjo antok at pagud na rin ako that time kaya medjo nainis din ako how they accomodate their customer. I hope the hotel could improve their employees customer service especially in the front desk, but overall. I am satisfied with the what the hotel can offer to their customer. 😊
