The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are going to seek a hotel that is close to Mahkota Hospital, it's the right choice. It's easy to find food nearby.

no good for the service and not maintaining cleanliness 

Pelayanan kamarnya kurang responsible soalnya tidak ada telpon buat terhubung dengan lobi, jarang dibersihkan kamarnya. Gelas kotor pun di tarok di luar tidak diambil seharian dan yang terpenting adalah pada saya check-in saya booking 3 malam yang mana ada tax yang harus saya bayar 1 kamar permalamnya yaitu MYR 10, krn saya book 3 malam harusnya saya bayar MYR 30, tetapi oleh resepsionisnya malah di minta MYR 45 jadi tidak sesuai dg ketetapan, kecewa sih.

Kamar lembab banget kurang cahaya matahari, bau kamar tak enak.

Run down of service nowadays. check in need to wait so long. Room not so clean anymore. Pillows are low quality. Will thinks twice to stay here again..

Clean and comfortable budget hotel. Good value for your money. Located near Mahkota hospital and surrounded by many food stalls. Not far from Jonker street night market and the Red House.

Susana horror, setiap malam lampu koridor dipadamkan! Water dispenser rusak tapi hanya didiamkan, harus turun kelantai 1 untuk mengambil air panas !😴

3 malam stay disini, kalau malam suasana horror! Koridor lorong harusnya terang benderang tapi ini malah semua lampu dimatikan, hotel yang aneh. Dan dispenser hanya ada dilantai 1, harus bolak-balik turun naik😴

Great location and nice place. Lovely staff. The negative: the toilet wasn't clean when we arrived, from the first flooe you could hear everything from the reception (even music and videocalls at very late night! After 2am) and also, they charge a $50 deposit refundable but is not written previously. If you stay there, don't miss the Al Ziya Fathima restoran! Cheap and sooo good!

Bagi saya itu aneh ! Harusnya lorong koridor itu terang cahaya, tapi ini kalau sudah malam lampu dimatikan! Serem merinding bulu kuduk! Kalau dispenser rusak segera dibetulkan !

Stafnya terlalu cuek dan tidak membantu saat kita menanyakan adakah fasilitas air mineral. Staf tinggal tunjuk ambil di belakang, pemalas banget tuh petugas hotelnya
