综合评分和评论 OYO 836 Mandurah Room & Cafe

Sudah pesan 2 kamar, tapi saat check in hanya ada 1 kamar yang hanya muat 2 orang. Terpaksa sisanya tidur di mobil karena hotel-hotel di sekitarnya sedang penuh karena sedang ada event di Kiching. Resepsionis malah balik menyalahkan kami karena tidak memesan secara langsung, namun melalui aplikasi. Mau komplain tapi roaming, ngga nyambung. Rugi deh.

Makanannya kurang oke, air hangat tidak maksimal. Kamar dibersihkan tapi sampah dibiarkan di dalam kamar.

My very first time move out by midnight as I can't afford to take any risk. Nor matter how the next morning still need to return and do check out in order to get back the deposit upon surrender those remote control.
