I was quite satisfied with my stay. Staff are very friendly and service is good. There is access to fast internet, good even when using a VPN. Comfortable and clean room, with the bathroom having an initial mustiness that might be due to being closed up for a while. Disappears after a time, but staff might need to air out rooms in between guests so they are fresher when guests check in. Breakfast served by plate (Filipino and American) is decent. Food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant is excellent. Location is central enough. Jeeps pass in front, and walking distance from banks, supermarkets, a commercial area, pharmacies, restaurants, and a mall. Not for people who need elevators, though. If you are a PWD or senior, you might need to ask for help or make special requests for accessibility. If you are also very sensitive to noise of vehicles at night, you might need earplugs. Bring your own tea, coffee, snacks, and slippers. Basic toiletries are provided. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator, and bottled water.

Room is spacious. There 's hot water and bidet, which are a plus. However, bed sheet and pillow cases had visible stains and extra pillow had molds. Nevertheless, free breakfast is generous (no brewed coffee though) and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is near Ayala Malls Legazpi and the port.

Pros: Close to city center and malls. Walking distance from Embarcadero (Legazpi bay park), can have early check in with no additional cost. Cons: No elevator, food choices for breakfast are minimal, clogged sink and shower, one of the rooms water heater not working, minimum parking space

When we stepped into the hotel, the aroma was not fresh. As if walking into a very old room. The room itself was acceptable but quite small compared to other hotels of the same price. Breakfast was included in this deal which was adequate.

The hotel is near malls and is very accessible. Staff are very accommodating and room is spacious. Truly, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues who are to travel to Legazpi City.
