Kamar ok, kondisi hotel ok, lokasi ok, namun pelayanan di counter nya kurang

Standard room. Without any facility. Check in 3pm. And check out 11Am, normaly 12 but this place is like a aprtment they don't provide any facility

Service so good, so kind, location near Bukit Bintang, Alor. All staff so helpful, view from the room so nice, recommend for all people to stay this hotel when you are at Kuala Lumpur, facilities new and clean, the room so clean and big for 3 person.

Sumpah apartemen nya nyaman benar. Dapet harga the best. Kelen harus pilih apartemen ini. Oh iya apartemen ni banyak company nya. Ada by key, by mana-mana jadi banyak la. Tapi saran aku pilih aja yang by mana-mana karena harga worthit plis aprt nya keren. Aku pilih studio suites eksklusif.

need to wait a few hours before getting a key. didn't provide a parking.

Very disappointing, the view from our room is totally different from the advertised ones. we have already asked for a room with a view like in the picture but what we got is a room with no view at all. Just a dirty window with a very big building blocking every view. And also, the check in process took a lot of time, almost an hour. After check-in, my husband asked for a different room and we were being asked to wait until 6 pm with NO good news at all in the end. Totally disappointed! We did not stay in our room until 6 pm in case our would be changed soon and we did not want to make it dirty, but what? we waited for nothing. Ruined our holiday very much!

Very worst experience that I got, even it was last minute booking but still the management was sucks no proper information was given, and management doesn't provide parking at the beginning, they said can park just road side, even at the road side was massive parking and no parking space Then I have talk to guard where to park, the guards don't even know how to speaks English or Malay Then I just called the person who have checked in me and that person ask me to put deposit RM 200 then only they able to give parking device. And then the parking lot for parking was P4, I drove up till P5 and couldn't find the P4 then I called the person again he said must go to P3A. My day really sucks take almost 2 hours plus to check in. Anyway the room was cozy and tidy, nice environment I hope can improve service ASAP.
