Manila Lotus Hotel is commendable! The staffs are pleasant and very helpful. Buffet breakfast is an added point ofcourse! Menu changes each day. Yummy and clean food. Near to St Lukes Extension Clinic and Robinsons Manila. Would definitely recommend this to my friends!

The toilet room not comfortable as layout of the toilet bowl is very close to the wall and door opening. The noise outside (car horns, car muffler) is annoying, me and my wife enjoyed and liked the foods and drinks served in the breakfast. Breakfast was served as schedule. Restaurant crew very accommodating. The hotel staff were all very accommodating and courteous.

I don’t like the room because it's noisy I can hear the cars and the jeep outside and no extra outlet for me to charge my phone in my room. Only I like is the buffet breakfast a lots of choices and nice staff very accommodating.

Very comfortable and clean room. Staff were accommodating. Food was good. We enjoyed our stay at Manila Lotus Garden Hotel.

They don't have considerations for their guests. Especially if you are not a foreigner and look poor. Very discriminating hotel. You can hear the voices of the people passing in the hallway.

At around 10:30pm, I decided to go out and buy medicine for my niece because she was having a fever. While on my way out, the doorman/security guard stopped me and asked if I was a guest or if I will be checking out. I informed him that I was a guest of the hotel and I just want to buy medicine from a nearby store. Yet he did not believed in me (probably because I was wearing an ordinary clothes and slippers) and asked me to present myself to the receptionist. After the receptionist confirmed that I was a guest of their hotel, he let me out. After I came back buying the meds I needed, he apologized. Though he did that, I felt discriminated/insulted. I just hope that staffs must be taught to treat their guests equally regardless of how they are dressed.

I would definitely stay here and will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. location is convenient to 7/11, Mall, Money Exchange, Jollibee, and its a walking distance to US Embassy Manila, Starbucks, PancakeHouse, Coffee Bean, bank, etc. Rooms were clean, and it comes with complementary 2 bottled water, coffees, teas and sugar, also complementary with shampoo and body soap as well as lotion and hand soap. room includes dryer, tv, ref. Buffet breakfast is Excellent. stayed here couple of times and i’m very satisfied with my breakfast always. it comes with at least 4-5 selection of main course, soup, cereal, loafs, unli juice & coffee. freshly cooked eggs with your choice. staffs are friendly. and it’s a safe hotel.
