The room is not as proper as it looked at the photo. The refrig canot close properly. All the electronic devices looks not so good to be used. Only Air Con and washing machine can be useful.

I got scammed, the unit that I got was not as advertised & they tried to offer me additional unit which is so misleading because they didn’t offer it until I asked why this unit have 1 king bed only instead of 1 king, 1 queen & 1 single bed. The staff was very rude saying I should get a refund if I don’t like the unit. They knew that I couldn’t get any refund on the day I checked in. Is this their modus operandi? I didn’t get my refund until today. I hope they can’t hide this comment. Don’t let them scam other people.

The room is so clean and perfect for family. It near to alor street night market. But I got trouble to check in because no staff stand by.

Although I had to check in very late due to a plane delay, I was able to get my key and all went smoothly. Apartment is clean and comfortable, no noises at night. Location is very convenient in the center of Kuala Lumpur. I would definitely consider booking this again for the next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Recommended.

1. No specific and detail information for check in, we already at lobby but unfortunately this apartment manage by individual. So we have to chat the number attach on voucher. 2. Cleanliness, the room enough for 6 person but the smells of room, the dust and spot on the sofa. 3. No information for wifi and the picture not initiative to share the information. 4. 1 bathroom couldn't working hot water. 5. No hospitality of picture. What's goods: very strategy place, near alor, lot 10, pavilion.

Kasur sudah lama dan tidak layak pakai. Cek out di suruh 11.30. Normal seharusnya pukul 12.00. Kamar kurang puas. Sangat bad.

Apartemannya kayak gak dibersihkan, banyak debu, pemiliknya kurang ramah, selimutnya jorok, bau, piring-piring dan gelasnya kayak gak dicuci, WiFi-nya jelek, ruangannya banyak laba-labanya. Pokoknya gak mau lagi deh menginap di sana, ruangannya kecil, gak sesuai yang dicantumkan di aplikasi. Kecewa banget menginap di sini.

Saya menginap 3 hari, hari pertama kami menginap besoknya kamar dibersihkan tidak jelas, hanya angkat sampah saja, bawa handuk saja, selebihnya tempat tidur dan lain-lain tidak dibersihkan, sampai dimana hari kita check-out sama sekali tidak dibersihkan. Awal kita check-in masuk pun jam 8 malam sampai hotel tapi disuruh tunggu 1 jam di lobby. Kami bayar full lewat aplikasi pun apartemennya untuk 2 kamar, hanya dikasih 1 kamar saja, kecewa sih sama pelayanannya.
