The walls were filthy. Plug cover falling off. The smell of urine was overwhelming while I tried to sleep. Sandles in room for my use were filthy. Left me without towels one day, and when I went downstairs to let them know they giggled. To get in the hotel after 11:30 pm I had to bang on the front door for 10 minutes. A complete disaster
