非常棒的体验，环境超好，员工热情友好。我很喜欢住在这里，下次旅行还会选择这里。

泰式设计，氛围温馨舒适。房间干净宽敞，装饰精美。床非常舒服，睡得很好。浴室设计独特，配有浴缸。总的来说，入住体验舒适放松。唯一的小遗憾是——由于最近的洪水，游泳池仍在翻修，所以入住期间无法使用。希望它能尽快重新开放。总而言之，这是一次愉快的住宿体验，值得推荐给来合艾旅游的人👍

Stayed 2 nights here, room with breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious, bed are comfortable! Love the bathroom, with bath tub and it's so spacious! The only down side is their breakfast, good offer till 1pm, but the food are very salty for my taste. Not sure about others. We used grabcar to travel around. There's a shortcut at back of the hotel can link you to the nearest 7-11.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean and staff is really friendly. I really appreciate that I can do early check in (around 10 AM) because we kind of sleepy and tired when we arrive and with a lot of our destination is affected by the rain and flood there is really not much we can do if we need to wait until 3PM (standard check in time). Check in process is really quick and easy, we need to pay 1000 THB for deposit (I think this is standard in Thailand) and they can keep our luggage / bag if we decide to go sightseeing before we check in. I manage to try their public pool, overall it's clean and a bit unique in my opinion because you can enjoy a drink since there is a bar within a pool, it's also open until night time so you have more time to enjoy the pool. Location is bit far from city center but it's still within walking distance (around 1km to Lee Gardens Plaza). There is nearby 7-Eleven which we can easily access using hotel backdoor. Overall I really like the hotel and I recommend this hotel if you don't mind the distance to city center and I will consider to book this hotel again if I travel to Hat Yai again.

ที่พักสะดวกสบาย สะอาด มีที่จอดรถเพียงพอ ราคาเหมาะสม น้องๆพนักงานบริการดีมากยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส หากมีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกค่ะ สิ่งที่อยากให้ปรับปรุง 1.ไลน์อาหารเช้า มีให้เลือกค่อนข้างน้อย ไม่มีสลัด 2.ประตูระเบียงห้อง เปิด/ปิดยากมาก มีเสียงดัง อาจเป็นเพราะประตูเป็นไม้แล้วน่าจะบวม

Overall hotel is very good. Helpful very friendly and helpful. Only thing the hotel only provide iron for 1 hour only. More than that you have to pay.

I really like this kind of hotel. Peaceful, cozy, nice breakfast and good service! Will come back again for sure.

ประทับใจตั้งแต่การตอบคำถามผ่าน Facebook Messenger ที่ไม่ว่าจะขอเปลี่ยนห้องไปมาอย่างไร ก็เต็มใจตอบคำถามและเต็มใจบริการดีมากๆ เมื่อมาถึงจริงๆ ขณะที่ฝนตก พนักงานต้อนรับตั้งแต่ลงจากแท็กซี่ โดยการเอาร่มมากางให้ ดูแลดีไม่ให้เราเปียกเลย แถมยังช่วยถือของให้เราอีก Reception ทั้งด้านหน้าและห้องอาหารทุกคนยิ้มแย้ม ดูแลเราดีให้เกียรติเราทุกอย่าง อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย อร่อยครับ พักทั้งวิวสระว่ายน้ำและวิวสวน วิวดีมากๆ เป็น Valentine Trip ที่ประทับใจมากๆครับ 😊

ที่พักสวย ห้องพักสะอาด บรรยากาศเงียบ ไม่วุ่นวาย แถมอยู่กลางเมืองอีก เสียดายไม่ได้ใช้บริการสระ ไว้ไปคราวหน้า จะไม่พลาดเลย
