房间超级香，设施齐全，位置也很好，离一切都很近。

The location is very convenient, near key offices & malls. Price is very affordable, real value for money. The room is clean and has what I need. Recommended.

Room as not the same as the picture, room is dark & smelly so bad comes from the bathroom the drainage system from the condo isn't maintained well I assumed. Won't stay again there again.

Before booking please read the policies carefully because I think they have weird policies about the deposit. I booked a room under 400k but they asked for a 300k deposit, which I think is not normal first off. They said that the deposit will also be returned 1-2 days after check out, not upon check out. The person that asked for the deposit was the person handing us the room key, which was not the owner or through the apartment. He asked for us to transfer the deposit and it will supposedly be transferred back, but again, not upon check out. What was weird was that when we asked who we can contact to ask about the deposit (just to be safe because we didn't want to be scammed) the guy refused to give us any contact numbers saying the admins taking care of the deposit had no numbers, weird right. We were really suspicious and didn't want to give the deposit, and so the guy left. When I tried texting and calling him again, he didn't answer at all. Before he left he also said, if you don't want to pay then just refund the booking, knowing full well that they did not allow refunds through app. We ended up not staying here and looked for another place. Overall an unsatisfied customer.

Alhamdulillah banget nemu apartemen yang letaknya strategis di tengah kota, tidak susah aksesnya, cari makan pun cuma keluar aja, ada supermarket pula, apartemen juga lengkap banget mau masak pun bisa, dan bersih banget, gak nyesel stay di apartemen Tamansari Sudirman.

Apartemen dengan harga segitu sangat worth it, tempatnya nyaman, lokasi strategis, bersih, full furnished juga, highly recommended!

Kamarnya bagus sekali, nyaman, bersih, dapurnya juga sudah lengkap dengan peralatan masak dan makannya, senang sekali dapat harga yang oke dengan fasilitas yang baik.

I don't even willing to stay here once I am arrived 😩 the room is dark, the AC is not working, they ask you to turn the MCB on by yourself. They said they will send you help but none of them is coming. Deposit at IDR300k and the refund take so long.

Cek in ribet, dp mahal, tidak ada room services.

Di foto kamarnya bagus banget tapi pas sampe sana kamar alakadarnya. Kasurnya keras banget, ruangan berdebu, tua dan bau. Orang yang bantu proses cek in juga di whatsapp gak ada ramah-ramah nya. Not recommended at all.

Tempatnya nyaman, sesuai gambar. Ada bau dari kamar mandi, tapi bisa diatasi pakai kamper. Alat masak lengkap, alat makan juga banyak. Overall oke untuk harga segitu.

Akomodasi kurang sesuai dengan yang ada di aplikasi. Dan masih ada bau dari dalam toilet.

Jijik banget ada sempak di celah oven. Kamar mandi bau jamur. Lobby busuk banget. Masuk parkiran bau jamur, gue sampw batuk-batuk. Ga lagi-lagi gue nginep d sini

Saya cari penginapan di aplikasi yang terdekat, keluarlah apartemen tamansari sudirman ini, di keterangannya tidak ada keterangan apapun perihal kebijakan penginapan ini. Setelah issued dan datang ke apartemen barulah tahu ada peraturan seperti harus menginfokan 24 jam sebelum kedatangan dll. Ditambah menunggu info agen online kepada pengelola selama +- 1 jam, selanjutnya dihubungi pengelola diminta menunggu 1 s.d 2 jam, kemudian diminta "agen online lain" untuk bayar jaminan Rp. 350 ribu. Selaku pelanggan agen online saya sangat kecewa dengan agen online yang semestinya tidak menjualkan jasa seperti ini.

Kamarnya luas, nyaman tapi bantal kurang wangi. Lebih baik jika disediakan air mineral di dalam galon supaya tidak usah bikin air panas lagi. Curtain sudah dalam keadaan kurang baik, waktu saya buka pintu balkoni bautnya lepas dan curtainnya jatuh. Sejauh ini saya cukup puas stay disini selama 2 malam.

Bad rate in the first time I arrived. It stated available check in 13.00, but when I arrived 16.35, the room not yet ready. They said they not yet clean it because they don’t know where I am. Excuse me? What does it do with me that they clean the room or not? I paid by app! And when I asked the staff why they don’t clean it before I come, I suppose to check in at 13.00, he said it is up to me whether I wanna stay or not or I can leave! What an attitude! And when I write this review, i’m still waiting they prepare the room ! They said I have to wait 30 minutes, after my long way and i’m tired and sleepy, I still have to wait!

Overall good, but the bathroom so smelly, and leaking. Please fixed it. One of complete room.
