酒店房间已经翻新过，比以前好多了，但有些设施不太完善，比如淋浴后浴室会漏水，而且衣架数量也不够。儿童俱乐部虽然设施齐全，但每天要额外收费800泰铢。

酒店氛围很好，温馨舒适。

友好的员工、干净的房间和不错的咖啡馆。我在咖啡馆里度过了美好的时光，乐队也很棒。

早餐食物简单且缺乏多样性。

工作人员非常友善。氛围很棒。床简直糟透了。

Old Building, But Still Good Maintenance, need Renovation.

Recommended hotel, my kid loves to stay here, he want go back because 2 nights is not enough maybe 4 nights is enough for him 😀.

Should be my stay wonderful. But I got accident in the children pool. I fell down and my knee hit the wall. I told the receptionist when I checked out but not a single empathy.

When I booked a limousine with the hotel But what I received was an old van with not cool air conditioning coming to pick me up.

The hotel offers a lot of fun music related gimmicks which are fascinating to see and enjoy such as their hall of fame of artists ' costumes, guitar rental, in room Bluetooth bose speaker. The room was also comfy with a spacious bed. However the shower temperature is a bit off where sometimes it takes long to adjust to cold or hot. The breakfast offers a wide variety from many countries-I especially love their croissants and roti-the best ones I had during my trips in Bangkok. The side dishes for rice and Asian section could be improved though because after a few try, I didn't really find anything that fit to my liking. The staffs there are super friendly and helpful! They are also fluent in English. Love how they bid farewell by saying rock on!

It's a good place for stay. Great location, direct path to the Pattaya Beach from one side, and to the city at the other side (in front). The room is very cozy and filled with the “Hard Rock” looks. The room is big with and comfort. The huge choice of food for breakfast and nice swimming pools for enjoying the stay.

Great service, room are surprisingly felt new (probably because of the updated interior), breakfast serve various choice.

Hotel dari luar nampak agak kuno, cuman di dalam kamar sudah banyak interior yang di perbaharui seperti nightstand, pintu balkon, lampu dan lain-lain, sehingga cukup memberikan kesan fresh.
