The bed sheet, the towel, the bathroom and the balcony are dirty. Even the wall is dirty. But the price is cheap.

The room has small cockroaches. They have no hotel housekeeper. The don't change the bedsheet, towels and toiletries everyday. So during our 4-day stay, no housekeeper. No slippers provided for the guests. The receptionist was rude/impolite. The parking space costs 120.00 per day! I thought it ' s 120.00 for the entire stay, like what the guard told us. Or at first I thought it was free then. The elevator is under maintenance since day 1, so we have to use the stairs going to 5th FLOOR. Dirty comfort room.

Silent and clear aircon and big bed made me slept for 9hrs. Very nice. Toilet is a bit clogged.

Sink is clogged, and nobody from the housekeeping even went to clean our room in our 2 days stay. the pillow cases also not freshly laundered, with matching stains. they charge everything for 100php. place not clean, too old.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfy. Decent bathroom. Very accommodating staff. TV is basic but enough for my stay. Value for the money. Will definitely book this again.

There's mosquitos in the room. Although the room is big and the airconditioned is very cold the room looks more empty because of this. Just improve the room by putting some additional things like ref and microwave and pls improve the comfort room.

Unsatisfied! Unhappy! They gave us a different room from what I booked but I have no choice because the receptionist told us that they are fully booked so they cannot transfer us. When we get in the room there’s no towels and toiletries.

Staffs are thoughtful and attentive, they even offer free cold bottled waters, free toiletries, and the room key comes with a compass.. The room is very clean and comfortable as well. Wifi is great and fast. The check-in process is quick and will only take 1-5 minutes. The location is nice, few walking distance to SM North Edsa.. It is so far the best hotel that I had ever stayed in. Highly recommended!!😁😁😁❤

I stayed in this place for 3 days..the place is kind’a nice..the front desk is approachable..the room is super clean and I love the ambiance its not noisy.

Good for budgeted staycation. I just hope that they have cable other than that staying is good. Keep up the good work.

Nice and clean room. Very spacious. Staffs are very accommodating.

The staff were accommodating. The room was big and there were a lot of outlets to use. The bed was a little uncomfortable at first because of the slightly rough bedsheets but the cool ventilation made up for it.
