预订这家酒店真是浪费钱 我将于2024年9月20日从悉尼抵达新加坡，想在新加坡住一晚。可惜的是，我错误地预订了这家酒店，日期是2025年9月20日。到达酒店后，才发现订错了年份。早在10个月前，我就申请了三次退款，但都被拒绝了。所以我只能申请将日期提前两天，也就是2025年9月18日，酒店管理层却要收取100新元。 所以我只能放弃预订，去预订其他地方了。我对K酒店14这样的酒店管理非常失望。

前一位客人的房间没有得到妥善清洁。电梯里的地毯有霉味。尤其是房间。我完全不推荐它。虽然多花点钱但是住一晚也很舒服。

Honestly for that kind of price I expected better services at least:(they could've changed the towel and sheets (and blankets) once every two days if we stay more than two days, and take out the trash 😭 (I don't know if we're supposed to request or what but that should be the norm, right? I don't know) I literally have stayed in cheaper hotel before and they cleaned the room everyday and replaced clean towels and sheets as well. (diff country but still, price can be different due to diff currency and all but the service here is just totally not it I'm sorry) it was such a tiny room but still acceptable for sleeping only, inside tiny bathroom as well again acceptable but no bidet:(I hope things like changing clean towels & taking out trash (at the very least every two days) can be considered for this kind of hotel for better staying experience!

Tips-nya ke sini hanya pakai Grab atau taksi, lebih senang kalau MRT jauh, tapi untuk kenyamanan hotelnya sangat baik.

Very very bad. Room very stinky, cause pipe water from other room flow via to my room, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Standard hotel for rest. Room is clean.

Even if a bit far from the MRT, you can take the bus for free since it's under 3 km distance away. Area around the hotel has good cheap food and is convenient to walk to and from the accommodation. Also many good cheap convenience stores. Hotel is good value for a budget hotel and is fairly clean as well.

The worst hotel I ever try, laundry in front of my room, so disurb.

Worth it for its price. We had a great stay.

Kamar kurang bersih, ada kecoa, sedikit berdebu, tetapi kamar mandi cukup bersih, lorong tidak bersih agak berbau.

Bad hotel, small space and dirty.

Amazing budget hotel! I recommend this place if you have 4 friends to stay and a very tight budget.

Just over all horrible. The room was just enough for the bed. Wasn't exactly in the description. Room is very dirty. Full of mold from water leakage. Totally not worth money paid. Even if it was half still not worth it. 2. Star. Wonder where do they get the start. I prepaid. If was not prepaid. I would have left.

The rooms were really crampy, very small and the amenities werent impressive.

Relocated us at different hotel. Room is so small and the staff is not accomodating. The bed foam are very thin not comfortable to lie on.
