Second time staying here! Best place to be if you want to explore Binondo

Heater is not working then the switch of lights is not good then the cleanliness of room is 0/10.

The room is perfect. The bed and pillow is of no difference than like 5 star. The air conditioning is super cold. Compared to what the comfort I have. The price is so cheap. This hotel is the best. I am so happy.

Place is just right next to the malls, good restaurants, pastries, cakes you can buy. You can shop for the day and rest in this hotel after. The place needs tidying, touch up of paints and sealants, the sink in the washroom has lots of gunks and black areas around the sink that's why it's not impossible for cockroaches to harbour the premises. Pest control people or authorities conducted an event during my stay, and I spoke to one delegates who works at Pest control, I mentioned about the cockroaches. And I'm not surprised that she even saw couple and killed some! I reported this to the management, I even showed to the manager the photo of the cockroach in the sink. Workers are very kind but the whole hotel needs deep cleaning and fumigating! They didn't give me back the deposit that they asked when I checked in. It's 2 grand they owe me that money. But their price is cheap for a hotel that has sauna and jacuzzi (these the only reason why I like to stay here). If you can live with cockroaches then this could be the place for you. I would like to add the cockroach photo but it won't allow me -I have to sign nor something.

Nice and polite staff. Clean room. Good location: close to shopping centre. Buffe breakfast with a delicious food. Really like to comeback and I like to recommended to every one.

I like Hotel Lucky Chinatown, we are very safe, its clean and and the customer service is good. I will stay back here next time. The place is very accessible if your going to Divisoria and 168 mall. Its just very near.

Perfect when staying in Binondo for a food trip!
