We are given superior 4 room because deluxe room already full. The room is rather spacious and uniquely decorated. Bed is comfy. Towels are clean. Air conditioner is freezing cold and TV has good signal. But no water heater and toiletries and no wifi. Recommended to those on budget and want just nice place to sleep overnight.

A lot of dust inside the room. An arrangement of furniture blocked the aircond make the person stay at below cannot feel the aircond. But reception service very good.

The room is very small even though they already upgraded for free and very limited space for us to perform our solat. The lighting also is not enough for my kid to do his revision. Lastly, the tilam kekabu is not quite suitable for my wife that is having a backache. The cleanliness of the room is so so. Floor sticky. The drinking cup is not been washed at all ( still have previous spoon & drinking water).

My children too excited with the bed design. Eventhough the room size is not too spacious, it's very convenient for us 2 adult and 2 children.

Because there no wifi on room, wifi only at lobby. I guess the hotel need to add wifi also at room for guest.

My room has no drink bottle, old tissue (they should replace once new customer coming in) but the room was nice.. I love the room.. there's no problem with the room.

Bilik terlalu sempit sehingga ruang yang ada untuk solat dalam bilik sangat terhad. Lampu yang malap. Aircond yang slow/kurang berfungsi dengan baik.Receptionist kurang mesra pelanggan. Tuala dibekalkan 2 sahaja bagi bilik tempahan untuk 4 orang.

I'm sorry but I will not recommend this hotel. The service is slow. Plus the room was not in good condition either. Toilet was clogged, aircond was not cold.

Suasana hotel dan layanan selesa, bilik bersih cuma ruang terlalu kecil sangat sukar untuk solat.

Accommodates 5 but the children were sleeping on thin cotton mattresses. Only two towels were provided. Extra towels RM10 per piece.

Unik. Sarapan pun simple & sedap. Cuma keadaan toilet pada masa saya masuk tak berapa bersih. Ada beberapa putung rokok dan tidak bersih.

OK. Kecuali service. Mungkin staff yg kurang berpengalaman di bidang perhotelan, hidangan sarapan harap dpt ditukar2 terutamanya utk tenants yg tinggal lama.
