We having a dinner with my family members of 6 person but however only my 1 ala cart meal have to waited for 1.30 hours to be served and I'm keep asking for my food, but sadly all your staff only managed to ask me to wait. You are wasting my time to be seated there. Bad service!

The room looks exactly like in the picture. If you want to find peace, this place is the best. Nice view with nice food at affordable prices at the restaurant.

The description of the hotel made by Traveloka is wrong. The hotel I booked turned out to be garden view. Otherwise, overall the hotel is beautiful, clean and relaxing.

The accommodation was great. but greatly disappointed with the restaurant. we wanted to have the Cavemans platter but its not available. and all the salad menus is not available for 3 days in a row.
