Very rundown hotel, not maintained properly, the pool looks dirty and no in house restaurant. On the plus side the room with private pool is huge and clean enough, the staff that was servicing us (I didn't get his name) is very friendly. The location and the price are great.

Itu foto lama, aslinya kotor banget kolam nya, ga terawat. Mungkin ini hotel bagus pada masa nya, sekarang udah habis masa. Nyaman sih tidur di sini, enak juga, staff ramah ramah, cuma aga merasa di tipu karena foto nya ga di update gitu, gantungan baju juga udah pada karatan, kasian banget 😭.

Far beyond my and my wife's expectations, the room was quite old and damp and not well maintained. When the ceiling fan was turned on, all the dust flew up until it was visible in the swimming pool water which became dirty and my wife, who has asthma, immediately experienced shortness of breath. There was no hot water available, the bathtub was filled, the water couldn't be stored, and worst of all, we ordered a room with breakfast, but according to the staff there was no breakfast. From a total booking of 3 nights, we checked out after the first night.

Stafnya ramah-ramah cuma kurang terawat aja bangunannya. Lantainya kotor hehe.

Located close to main party area of Kerobokan (Shi Shi especially), about 8-10 minutes walking distance. My suite room was spacious and with private pool even tough old and in need of repair and repainting.

Kamar sangat tidak layak untuk tamu tapi kenapa masih jual? Apa tidak pernah cek kondisi, padahal bintang 4 seperti TV ada tapi tidak ada antena. Jadi bisa dilihat, kopi dan teh sachet ada api tidak ada teco untuk masak air panas, handuk sudah kumuh, di kamar masih ada punyung rokok dan lain-lain, depan kamar kami ada atap sudah jebol, dan semalam aja kami menginap kami sudah pindah hotel karena nggak bisa tidur padahal kami nginap 4 hari, bagaimana kompensasi dan tanggung jawab dengan kondisi ini? Bisa cek by aplikasi saya pindah hotel.

Villa ya sangat tidak terawat. Kolam renang umum penuh dengan daun-daun yang jatuh. Type 1 bedroom pool kondisinya sangat memprihatinkan. Cat tembok ruangan sudah rusak. Pool dalam villa airnya hanya 2/3 dari kapasitas kolam. Pintu depan villa sudah tidak bisa pakai kartu. Sangat tidak terawat.

Parah guys. We stayed at 2BR one. This hotel is wrecked, the ceiling, bathroom, all sanitary, the door won't even close. The pillow also moldy (bau lembab), Luckily we can still sleep.

They don't have the accses card into the room, TV was broken, pool little bit dirty, and no water for both bathroom.

It was awful experience staying at this place. I booked place based on picture. The room was smelly, stinky and dirty. When I see hygiene of bed, I was very speechless. Some kinds of unknown marks everywhere. Better not to book here. They are many good places other than here.

Great hotel, unfortunately it will need some maintenance. But still I will stay here again cause it is a great place to stay

Tempatnya enak, kolam, private, kamar dua, harga murah.

Its definitely required a lot of renovation. Building looks really tired. However ita is still a clean anf comfort hotels. The staffs are also great. They really helpful and always manage to keep us comfort during our stays.

Ranjang kayu berisik, order kamar with privat pool tapi full hanya dapat with balkon. Order massage tidak tersedia.

Tempatnya rada kotor, kolam yang tidak dibersihkan jika tidak disuruh. Pilihan sarapan yang kurang menarik, AC rusak-rusakan. Semoga bisa memperbaiki kualitas, untuk karyawan semuanya ramah.

recommended utk yg suka suasana sepi. kamar luas bgt, bersih, wangi, dekat minimarket dan mudah dijangkau. air panas di kamar mandi berfungsi dgn baik. setiap sore kamar disemprot utk mengurangi nyamuk. makanan di restorannya jg wajar harganya dan tidak mengecewakan. staff2 sangat ramah dan sigap membantu. hanya saja parkir kurang luas dan kolam renang terlalu dingin (terutama yg private pool) dan kurang bersih airnya.

Hotel sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Pintu rusak, breakfastnya varian dikit banget dan rasa kurang, AC bocor sudah di benerin tetap bocor.
