Room service was disappointing. I stayed for 2 nights but my room was not made up even though the "Make up room" signage was on.

Great 3D2N experience. Affordable price, strategic location. There are many shops around and you could just walk. At first, the toilet have some problems but the staff manage to fix it immediately.the breakfast also have many varieties to chose on. Our first time in sandakan and we are so glad to chose this hotel for stayed. Thanks 😊

Nama dah ok, pavilion hotel, harga pun ok, tapi dalam dia tak ok la, biasa2 jer macam budget hotel, meja dalam bilik pun mcam tak dilap, berhabuk.

Aircond was sometimes cold sometimes hot and the bath heater was also not good.

Room is quite small and breakfast is satisfying.

Keseluruhannya saya dapat apa yang saya mahukan.
