房间都还不错，干净整洁，酒店区域也很安静，停车也很方便。

Kawasan persekitaran hotel sunyi. Berada di bahagian belakang bangunan. Bukan menghadap jalan utama. Air cond no remote controller / fixed Tiada lif ke tingkat 3.

The room generally is good, perhaps the establishment needs to invest to replace the TV. The reception was friendly and helpful.

Table is too near the bed, walking path is too narrow, please rearrange for easy walking path 😕.

Room 302 smells like mold the first we stepped inside. TV and air conditioner is from 1990 's.

Firstly, I came to SDK by bus to attend a course in HDOK. As a SDK "outsider", I don't familiar with the places in SDK, so I chose to stay at Hotel Kensington so that I can just walking to HDOK as it just located 0.47km from the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but there are restaurants nearby. Overall, Hotel Kensington is, by far, the best hotel I have ever stayed. I'm sure I'll be stay at the same hotel if I come to SDK again. Thanks to the staffs.

Good location..the poorest thing was, no lift.. we have to carry our heavy luggage to the 2nd floor using stairs. the service also, I asked for the iron, hair dryer and iron board from the reception table, I have to carry everything on my own to the 2nd floor

Staff is too serious, please smile a bit. There are no drinking water provided in the room. The water heater is rusty in the bottom. Toilet is okay, shower heater function well.

The room is cozy and spacious.. You can say that it would be a great place to stay and of Course affordable
