酒店不错，地理位置优越。

员工很友善。房间宽敞。

食物美味，尤其是糕点，种类繁多。这是我第二次光顾了。我还会再次入住这里，因为它离菲律宾市场很近。

地理位置优越，周边应有尽有：菲律宾市场、夜市、便利店和餐厅。酒店门前有一个老商场，基本生活用品都能满足。酒店周围有很多水疗中心，方便您做足底按摩。早餐食物一般，没什么特别的。 酒店员工都很友好，乐于助人，这也是吸引我们入住这家酒店的另一个因素。

干净舒适。早餐还可以，但四天里品种有限。服务质量尚可。

一切都很棒。已经在这里住过三次了。

Very good and comfortable hotel. The place is very strategic and easy to excess.

Strategic location, good service

When I book the room its never mention about the room without window.

Have stayed at the hotel numerous times throughout the years and everything is still satisfying. But would love to see some upgrades being done to the dated rooms in the future.

This hotel is totally awesome. Next to Centre Point Sabah, one of the shopping malls in KK.

Location was great but I paid 200 + for no window, only dummy window. 😭 feel so small even though its a big room. That why I move to another hotel after that.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and big. I am only a bit disappointed that the kettle was dirty and got stains like never washed. Please look into the cleanliness and hygiene especially the appliances that we are going to use for drinking.

Great location, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very good soundproof room and wide variety of TV channels provided for this star range of hotel. Breakfast is just mediocre, nothing to complain as it is offered with the room. There is some issue with housekeeping, and fast response from the hotel to come fix them. Will definitely come back to stay if visiting KK. Highly recommended!

1. Tempat tunggu Grab kena parking kereta lain. Kesian tu driver Grab tiada parkingan untuk kasi turun passenger.. Terpaksa main berani berhenti di tengah jalan di laluan kenderaan 2. Buffet Sarapan memang teramatlah memuaskan. Tapi boleh ba lain kali pelbagaikan 3. bilik memang amat bersih..cuma pam tandas ada masalah sudah walaupun diganti button pamnya..masih terpaksa tekan button pam dua kali barulah flush penuh 4. staf Profesional, x tunjuk muka mencuka... 5. lokasi mantap..di tengah2 bandar...dekat CP lagi 😍

Terbaek w'pun masa daftar masuk ada sikit masalah dengan kekeliruan tapi staff di kaunter benarkan kami daftar masuk terlebuh dahulu sementara mereka selesaikan masalah..bilik sangat puas hati..sangat besar dan luas..murah dan berbaloi untuk datang lagi..nanti datang lagi memang akan amek hotel yang ini jugak..memang sangat sangat sangat sangat sangat sangat terbaekk..tqq

Bilik hotel selesa dan bersih serta hotel berdekatan dengan pusat membeli belah dan restoran. Berpuas hati dan tidak menyesal menginap di hotel ini disamping penyambut tetamu yang ramah mesra.
