Hotelnya terawat sangat baik. Makan paginya enak-enak, kolam renangnya bersih, staff-nya ramah-ramah, pokoknya recommended banget lah.

At first, I didn't know what to expect when I chose this hotel. I chose it cause I saw the picture of the nice pool. It turned out to be exactly like the picture. The room was so spacious, so even when we had one more extra bed, it was still comfortable and not out of space. The breakfast was nice, especially the pancake. We love the pancake so much. Most of all, the staff here were all so friendly and attentive. The location was also easy to access. I'd definitely come back here again if I return to Bali.

Pelayanannya cukup ramah dan suasana cukup menarik dan pemandangan indah.

Suka nginep di sini. Kamar tidurnya luas banget. Viewnya oke, pelayanan bagus. Lokasi juga enak dekat dengan mini market 24 jam. Cocok juga buat bawa family.

Good location for my conference at Nusa Dua ITDC-large and well appointed rooms-friendly service.

We enjoyed our stay here - we especially loved swimming in the gorgeous pools in the morning sunshine. Our room was really spacious with a huge balcony as we were upgraded upon check-in at no cost. The furniture was a bit outdated but we had a really comfortable stay and loved our time there. The breakfast selection was good for us (vegetarians) and there is a shuttle bus to the beach every hour if you don't want to walk to the 10-15 mins to the beach. It was lovely and quiet and the staff were all really lovely.

Very nice staff, we had big room. good breakfast, clean room. have access/shuttle to private beach which is the beach can be only us not too crowd.

Buat yang senang suasana santai tapi tidak bising dan tidak ramai banget ini tempatnya, lumayan private dan viewnya luar biasa, keren akses mudah dan pelayanannya keren.

I stayed at Grand Bali Nusa Dua hotel for our honeymoon in Bali. The hotel service was very good and make our honeymoon memorable. from upgrading the room type, preparing the flowers in bed and sent us a surprise honeymoon cake! was very happy with the service! Thank you :)

Sangat puas menginap di sini, kamarnya luas, ada private jacuzi seperti little pool, nyaman, bersih, dan anak-anak pun merasa senang. Pelayanannya juga ramah, cuma untuk rasa di menu breakfastnya masih perlu ditingkatkan kegurihannya. so far everything is good.

Kamar tidur sangat luas. Namun sayang kasurnya bikin badan gatal mungkin belum diganti sepreinya dalam waktu lama. Kamar mandi juga luas. Untuk menu breakfast kurang variatif dan free flownya cukup lama. Sehingga terlihat makanannya cepat habis. Hotel ini tidak ada lift jadi agak kesulitan untuk orang-orang yang membawa koper besar atau barang dalam jumlah banyak.
