No hot water for drink... No iron in room or hall

Price is low, but the hotel is a bit hidden. Parking plenty though you need the coupons. Heater wasn't working but then, the hotel rate is cheap

Bilik ok tapi takde lif (saya tingkat 3)..bilik tak berapa bersih..air di bilik air sangat-sangat kecik untuk mandi tapi keadaan bilik air bersih memuaskan, dekat satu hari takde air membuatkan aktiviti saya sekeluarga lewat, aircond sejuk tv ok, yang best lokasi berdekatan bandar jadi tak perlu bawa kereta cuma jalan kaki sahaja (lebih kurang 5-7 min jalan kaki).

the toilet was dirty, the aircond was not service so I feel hot and it will automatically off for several times I need to get up at turn it on the main switch. it is a very unpleasant trip.

Dirty, smelly, noisy the bed is unhygienic, even I have to change ourselves due to late hour when we check in and even the clean is still unhygienic and there are bugs or fleas biting my son. The smell is there, might be due to the sweat left by the previous customer. You can even hear noise from other rooms and staircase. I have to move out after 1 night, even I had paid for 2 nights.

good room for family but need to improve air conditioning.. because is not so cold.

the aircond not functioning well. it worked fine at first but at night until we check-out , the room was not cool enough.and there was a leaking from the aircond during the night when we were sleeping. we were not wearing a blanket at all as it was hot

Fasiliti ok, tapi kena tingkatkan dari segi servis pada pelanggan dan bau di dalam rumah, ada bau yang kurang menyenangkan, overall memuaskan untuk sekadar bermalam dan melepaskan lelah, memastikan keadaan di dalam rumah lebih baik sebelum pelanggan tiba.

Wifi is unusable, no room service.

No cleaning service and no lift either
