Hotel yang bersih dan selesa. Sarapn memang terbaik. Berbaloi dengan harga. Cuma kecewa sedikit sebab kolam tengah diperbaiki sewaktu bermalam di sana.

The room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were not complete during our stay. We have to request for the housekeeping though. However, breakfast was awesome! lotsa choice

Room was very clean, big bathroom, comfy bed, attended to all our requests on non smoking, quiet and high floor. Breakfast was above average with good selections. Infinity pool was great and view was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again!

Good service, good staff and clean

I think the bed not very clean. Not value for money. And the kitchen, screwed up the omelette. Location also very bad, it is in area which is dark and isolated, surrounded by immigrants. I doubt it is a starred hotel.

The view is fantastic! I choose the sunrise viewroom which you can get a nice view during morning. The only problem for me is wifi as my room is at the corner which wifi network is limited where I cant get internet access. Hope the hotel can extend the wifi router so that end room can get access too. Other than that, location, food, gym and pool, everything is awesome!!

This hotel location is good and excellence, but disappointingly some off the staff in (restaurant) not giving the best service to their customers, they must treat all customer equally, just because I am not a Foreigner and they giving me a lousy service? Even I am a local tourist (customer) I paid the same amount to enjoy the same service. Please be Equal and Professional.

The room has the nice seaview, especially from the swimming pool.

As expected, very satisfying stay over here. And operator and room service very responsive, as the towel we found out not given and the malfunctioned hair dryer was replaced immediately after we call the operator.

I had an excellent time at the hotel. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The ambience was great and offers a relaxing time for me to de-stress. It has a pool and the scenery from my room was exquisite 😊

Hotel yang membuat saya dan isteri berpuas hati. Bertaraf 4 bintang tetapi sama seperti hotel yang bertaraf 10 bintang. Kami mendapat layanan yang sungguh baik dari staff. Selain itu, di dalam bilik semua perelatan yang perlu di guna pakai sudah cukup lengkap untuk kami gunakan Hhal ini menyebabkan kami tidak lagi berjumpa dengan staff untuk meminta bantuan. kKsimpulannya di sini saya dan isteri saya berasa gembira dan seronok.

Semua OK. Layanan ok. Blik OK cntik puas Hati. Tp saya x suka staff yang d bhgian kolam tu. Cm pondan² tu. Pkai baju hijau. Tegur xslah.. Tp kalau menegur tu biar beradap skit. Nie menegur cm apa jak. Mentang² kmi orang Biasa² d tegur pun cm Apa. Dgn muka yang xpndai senyum. Cm tu ka save guests. Yg lain semua the best. 100% the best.

The view of the sea is amazing, the hotel room is what you would expect for from a chain hotel. All the staff were pleasant and morning breakfast is averagely nice. However, I am suspecting that there might be some bed mites around as after 2 nights, I went home with itchy and red bites.
