Actually I am not happy pay For expensive I pay and When I was Booked I pay For room Pool view Then when I went for check in they Give the room at the end the building which I saw the price was half from I paid Then I just hate arguing with customer service they told me to complain to traveloka, Why do I want to setress About it as I want go for hollyday.

I really had a nice one. I stayed here the first time was 2013, my honeymoon. Now coming back w/my 10 yo kids. The crew, even the guests are very very nice. Chill and friendly. I had a memorable stay 🤍.

This hotel was the best for our family. I've been to hundreds of hotels in various countries and this is the one that I liked the best. If I ever come to visit Bali again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again and I can recommend it to everyone to stay in this hotel and you won't be disappointed. The staff were excellent! They were extremely friendly, polite, and very helpful. The swimming pool was very clean and I was able to teach my eight-year-old daughter for fourteen straight days how to swim. My daughter especially liked the Drag Queen Show very much. They were great performers and singers. I sincerely give this hotel a six-star hotel.

Waktu check-in jam 3 sore, tapi kita mau check-in jam 5 kamar mauh belum ready alasan AC masih dulu perbaikan sehingga kita masuknya mau magrib, Dan sebagai kompensasi kita dikasih diner dan menu restoran ada porknya.

Kamarnya luas, cuma saya kebetulan dapat kamar yang bermasalah di pintu, yang lainnya oke. Jalan ke pantai cuma 10 menit. dekat dengan minimarket.

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Untuk breakfast variasi makanannya banyak dan enak-enak semua. Di depan hotel ada pasar seni jadi buat yang mau cari oleh-oleh tinggal nyebrang jalan saja. Pelayanannya oke. Staf ramah-ramah. Welcome drinknya enak banget. Next kalau ke Bali lagi bakal menginap disini lagi. Thanks Magani.

It was a good stay but not great. Few hiccups during my stay i.e private pool light was not function (did complaint to technical team but no immediate action taken), door cannot be opened and they have to change the whole set, breakfast were limited considering 4* rating hotel and asked for shaver but no avail. Will stay again? Maybe not until they improve their service.

Saya memesan kamar dengan private pool, Namun private pool terasa kurang private karena tembok pembatasnya tidak cukup tinggi dan tepat disebelah hotel sedang ada pembangunan gedung sehingga. Suara bising kendaaran/alat berat juga terdengar. Saya sarankan lebih baik memilih kamar dilantai atas daripada kamar dengan private pool dilantai dasar karena tepat didepan kamar adalah public pool. Breakfast biasa saja, tidak terlalu banyak opsi.

I was staying there for 2 nights. Stayed at the premiere room with plunge pool with 2 kids (both below 6 y.o). it was a pleasant stay for us. The room is super clean. we can't even feel the dust on the floor as usually you could even feel the sands on the floor at most rooms in nearby beach area. 5min walking to the famous Kuta beach. Lots of mini market surrounding the hotel, so no hassle for you to buy snack, soft drinks or beers. The only downside for me is the food taste. We ordered lunch from Mozarella restaurant and it wasn't taste good. 6.5 in scale 1 to 10. But the breakfast was quite okay, I can say 7. The staffs are friendly but not too friendly, whish is perfect for me. because too friendly or too attentive could be annoying sometime. They treated us (local) equally, no discrimination toward us. I'd suggest to order Indonesian food when decided to dine in hotel. Also ask for kiddies plunge pool if you're reserving premiere plunge pool room and traveling with kids.

Menginap di The Magani Hotel dan Spa untuk saya yang sedang mengandung sangat nyaman karena suasana tenang, kamar sangat bersih, untuk mencari cemilan juga mudah karena kanan kiri dekat dengan mart2.

Overall semuanya oke. Lokasi hotel yang berdekatan dengan pantai kuta membuat kita bisa melihat sunset dari lantai 5. Perjalanan menuju pantai pun bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Kekurangan hanya pada variasi menu breakfastnya. Setiap hari menunya hampir sama.
