这是我第一次入住峇株巴辖。环境/设施：酒店提供健身房和游泳池，但维护状况不佳。游泳池仅限成人使用，不适合儿童。员工服务：入住和退房流程非常顺畅。员工也非常礼貌热情。亮点：峇株巴辖最好的酒店之一。价格：考虑到房间条件，价格很实惠。位置：酒店地理位置优越，位于中央商务区，交通便利，可轻松前往各处。

设施陈旧，缺乏妥善维护。停车位有限。

员工非常友善热情，尤其是门童艾曼。房间很棒，早餐也不错。

隔音效果很差，外面的排气声清晰可闻，严重影响睡眠。房间里没有提供牙刷。虽然是双人特大床房，但只提供了一套洗发水，考虑到其他用品，价格略高。总的来说，还算可以。

地理位置便利，出行方便。

十多年前，我第一次去峇株巴辖（Batu Pahat，简称BP）时，住在卡特琳娜酒店（The Katerina）。之后我又去过几次，有时住在BP的其他酒店，有时只是路过，但这次是我第二次入住卡特琳娜酒店。 停车场和我记忆中的一模一样。我已经记不清当时大堂和房间的样子了，但现在的酒店大堂既保留着昔日的辉煌，又带有一丝岁月的痕迹。 房间里，床头柜上有一个中央控制面板，可以控制除浴室以外的所有灯光开关。我摸索了足足五分钟，才在房卡插槽里找到浴室的开关，就像照片里那样。浴室里有一个浴缸和一个老式的淋浴喷头。水温在两秒钟内就能达到我想要的温度。 早餐种类最多只能算一般，而且很快就到了退房的时间，又要重新投入到忙碌的都市生活中了。

价格实惠，住宿舒适。泳池只能通过大楼后面的电梯到达，有点吓人。总体来说，干净、舒适、实惠。

马桶设施破旧不堪，很脏。浴缸排水很慢，几乎像被堵住了一样

我的妻子非常喜欢它，这是峇株巴辖最好的酒店。

The room is OK. But quite a trouble to find kedai makan surrounding.

Comfort but room a bit small. ' easy access, located at the BP town.

Bilik bersih, parking agak terhad, maybe sebab weekend kot, ramai guest, overall hotel cantik👍

Hotel staff pay zero attention to remarks, room. Hygiene so so, 2 power socket faulty. Bathtub condition is terrible as shown. No basic toiletries available in room. Air-conditioning was very strong though.

The hotel staff was very helpful. But the room was old and some part was dusty and there is no toothbrush provided.

Breakfast add RM15/pax, only serve a plate of nasi lemak & piece of watermelon. No buffet.

The management did their best to maintain excellent 5-star service despite the cutbacks brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. A poster, or rather a replica of the world map by early European travelers, adorns the the wall of the main reception desk. The management ought to brief the staff the significance of the treasured piece, understand and be able to inform curious patrons how the details can be interpreted. Or else it will just be another piece of insignificant wallpaper.
