Room so nice. View in the night so beauty. Can see melaka river cruise at night. My kids so enjoy and happy. The service front counter also very kind. Near with jonker walks and melaka river cruise.

The room was spacious and clean with great view of Malacca town and Malacca strait. Breakfast spread also not bad. You need to pay rm5 for parking, they'll give you car park pass.

Check in process was seamlessly smooth. Room is ultra clean but a little too cold. Nice view too. Breakfast spread are decent and tasty but lacking 'real' meats. Too many processed meat i.e. sausages, meatloaf etc

Great place to stay and relax while enjoying in room movie!

Had the worst experience in this so call 5 stars hotel. Price of 5 stars but service was worse than 2 stars hotel. Request for 1 extra towel take almost 5 hours after 3 times calling. Old receptionist nearly gave my credit card to other guest during check in. The room and cupboard are very dusty.

Hotel is great everything was perfect just the elevator from the parking to the lobby is so dated, felt cheap..

My room have no soap no face towel at all. Even not prepared tooth brush. Remarks when I make booking to make 3 rooms in same floor. But their aren't take note. Until I check in they only arrange the room. And telling me two rooms at 19th floor, one room at 16th floor. Troublesome for me and my family.

I'm surprised that the Club Room's decorative was awesome even though I didn't request for honeymoon package. I just mention it's our anniversary day, everything they did was so great unexpectedly. Roses were everywhere and I like it very much. Got varieties of light refreshments at Club Lounge. Plus, you've got the awesome staff who'd helped me during my stay including a person who replied my email, lobby front desk, executive lounge front desk and shuttle driver. Thanks so much, Ramada. Only the room door needs to improve, no soundproof.

Satisfied with the room. We booked room with breakfast included but upon check in, the staff at the reception counter said breakfast was not included.
