由于酒店工作人员找不到我的预订信息，办理入住花了一段时间，但几分钟后，通过与应用程序工作人员核实后问题解决了。房间宽敞干净。客房服务人员热情友好，及时处理我们的要求。如果我来吉隆坡度假，还会再次入住。

房间漂亮，宽敞舒适，设施齐全。 入住一天，舒适宜人，氛围宜人，适合与家人入住。 下次度假，我会再次选择与家人入住这家酒店。

酒店和位置都很棒。早餐还行，但希望有更多选择。

rooms are clean and spacious! the living room was great and big but unfortunately the air conditioner a lil bit smelly at the 1st day but after all super good! will comeback soon.

Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 person. Like studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean, Will stay again next time

worth it apartment, cam self laundry

Very nice and comfy. Many good eateries nearby. Easy accessibility, walking distance to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor(food street) and shopping malls

In general all is good, worth it with the price. Thank you for the good experience. Will come back.

Good and spacious accommodation. A bit dated but it 's a decent choice for its location and price.

The hotel room is super spacious and they provide a very complete utensils, from spoons & forks to plates & bowls, electric kettle, microwave & toaster. Location also very strategic.

Kamar luas, dekat jalan. Alor, KLCC, akses kemana mana mudah.

Check in process was quite lengthy, I had to wait for 1 hour as the room was still being cleaned. Parking was tricky. Everything else was wonderful.

Overall sangat puas menginap di parkroyal serviced Suites. Lokasi sangat strategis dekat ke mana-mana. Sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan dan laundry coin. Staff hotel ramah. Hanya sarapan pilihan nya tidak banyak tapi untuk taste nya cukup enak. Next time kalau ke KL akan menginap di sini lagi.
