亂收錢、吵雜、房間有臭味。很糟。Terrible ！

連續入住，還被收$20美元提早入住費，還不退還。 房間很臭（非吸菸房） 樓上一直有施工的噪音。 環境不好，有怪怪的人出入。

為什麼我分2訂單，根本還沒有要退房，續住還要付$20美金的費用？如果不付就必須搬出去然後再等到三點才能入住？房間有很臭的味道雖然非吸菸區但是充滿了煙味。感覺很糟。

The AC works well. However, the rooms are very basic. No dresser/hanger. No toiletries, only a piece of soap bar. Dirty floors, and the room smells very badly. Overall, poor amenities. I did not want to write the negatives, but I think it will help the management. The hotel management can improve this situation if they are willing to with no or a very few fixes/costs.

The only thing that is wirth coming back are clean rooms with comfortable memory foam beds and nice frint desk staff.

Nice no frills motel..Very clean & quiet...Pack shampoo though!!

I liked that it was fairly close to the Yale campus but it really did require taking an Uber at night. Just a nice and clean, simple hotel.

The place is older keep that in mind. Customer service was good. Room was clean.

Our stay was great. Rooms are outdated but the bed was comfortable. Didnt spend much time in the room except to sleep and change clothes.

Well, its not in the best condition on the outside. the area looked a little sketchy, but it was quiet. Clearly, they are renovating so the lobby was used as storage area for new refrigerators and microwaves. the first thing we were greeted to was a man lying on the ground outside of a vehicle, apparently so drunk he had passed out right there in the parking lot. The driver was also very intoxicated. There was another person sleeping in a car in a car in the parking lot. The room was comfortable. The bed was great and super comfy. Rooms look redone. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Someone tried kicking in my door late at night.

It was clean and fine to sleep, but it smelled way too much like cleaner or air freshener. I had a headache. Other that that, it was what I expected.
