Staff was outstanding. I’d like to mention the little lady at breakfast. She was so pleasant and nice to talk to. Another lady who stood out was the blonde lady at dinner who was very attentive and friendly! And the young man who helped us in the mornings since he spoke English the best. Thank you!

Great location, short walk to train station and a lot of trails for hiking. Hotel staff was amazing ( special thank you to Michael, Ivanna,and Vannaren Yani). Room is spacious and clean,and the breakfast is ready good too.Totally recommended.

Nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the pretty village of Gengenbach.

Haben ein Upgrade auf ein Comfortzimmer erhalten und uns sehr gefreut. Zimmer war gross und gut gelegen. Tolles Frühstück jeden Tag.

Nicely located, good breakfast area, and bar with outside seating. Some staff went out of their way to help, which was much appreciated as I don’t speak much German. On the downside the evening meal was expensive with a limited menu

Nice hotel with walking distance to town and black forrest activities nearby.

The superior room was spacious, featured a balcony, and was nicely decorated. Breakfast was adequate. The check-in process was pleasant and welcoming. However, check-out was quite complicated, as the receptionist attempted to charge me for the night, even though it had already been paid for at the time of booking.

Friendly staff, also layed out the table for a birthday surprise, didnt ask them to just came down for breakfast to it, only thing that i would change would be the pillows as they are very soft and had to fold them to get some support.

Klantvriendelijkheid receptie. Wij arriveerden vóór incheck tijd en dat was geen punt. Meteen werd geregeld dat we de kamer toch konden betrekken!

Wer beruflich in der Gegend und hab nach einem Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Sauna gesucht. Alles nicht riesig aber ausreichen und das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant ist wirklich gut.

Sehr grosse Zimmer. Grosszügig möbliert. Ebenso den Balkon. Saubere Wäsche. Frühstücksbüfett gut.

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal in allen Bereichen! Hervorragende Küche (Restaurant zur Kirsche). Ich komme gerne wieder!

Dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter. Rigtig sødt personale. Fint renoveret. Lækker pool. Flot gammel by og gode vandremuligheder i smukke omgivelser. Vi nød opholdet.

Staff is super nice. Hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms can use a decoration refresh but they are big and clean. About a 10 min walk to Gengenbach town centre. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the vibe looked relaxing.

Muy buena calidad-precio, nos dieron una habitación superior a la que pedimos de forma gratis, muy limpia, reforzada y espaciosa, no podemos confundir mis comentarios con un 5 estrellas, pero es inmejorable para lo que pagamos. Hay un paseo agradable y corto hasta el pueblo tan bonito
