Nice experience, really enjoy the time

Just like mentioned, four of us stayed two nights in Kapari hotel, all of us think it was too short to stay in such a nice hotel. It was not like the most luxury 5 star hotels that you usually stay with, but excellent tast was everywhere: amazing view, wonderful food, and surprisingly excellent service impressed us again and again. Highly recommended.

Location is perfect, beautiful sunset views right on the caldera. Very romantic! The reason we can’t give it 5 stars is because the AC in the loft room was not effective at cooling the space and breakfast service was very slow and the food wasn’t great.

Vi hade tre fantastiska dagar på Santorini och detta hotell. Vi bokade Premium Loft with Balcony Caldera View men blev uppgraderade till Poolfront Suite with Indoor Hot tub & Caldera View. Rummet är grottlikt utformat i snygg design och har utgång direkt till den allmänna poolen. Där finns fyra bäddset med parasoll och vi hade tillgång till ett set varje dag. Man kan också beställa mat och dryck från pool-området. Utsikten från detta hotell är magiskt vackert, lugnande och personalen är väldigt vänliga och trevliga. Det är många hotell som ligger i området med utsikt över Kalderan, trots detta är upplevelsen att det är lugnt, tryggt och låg ljudnivå. Verkligen avkopplande! Det enda negativa med rummet är att vattnet i bubbelpoolen inomhus inte ska tappas ut, istället lägger personalen i tabletter (klor?) vilket ger en lite jobbig lukt och fuktighet på rummet. I och med boendet vid poolen så är det en del trappsteg från toppen och ner till boendet. Personalen hjälper med att bära ner och upp bagage. Det finns dock inga ledstänger längs med trapporna, som även är smala och lite hala, vilket känns som en säkerhetsrisk. Hotelledningen borde överväga att sätta ledstänger för att undvika fallolyckor för både personal och gäster. Taxi från flygplatsen till hotellet tog drygt 30 minuter och kostade 40 euro. Taxi från hotellet till hamnen kostade 45 euro när man bokar via hotellet.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great location in both Santorini and Imerogivli, gorgeous room and amazing breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5star hotel and we would highly recommend it. Loved it.

Very friendly on arrival. Amazing dinner option at their restaurant as we arrived right at dinner time. Very convenient on site.

Magnifique séjour au Kapari natural resort. Tout était simplement magique, de la chambre avec son jacuzzi indoor et son style unique, à la vue à couper le souffle, en passant par le petit déjeuner succulent. Merci à toutes les équipes qui ont été adorables, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous avons la chance de revenir un jour à Santorin!

Perfect property

From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and continued until we left. We felt very pampered from the generous room upgrade, delicious included breakfast and kind service throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a centrally located spot. We enjoyed the walk to Fira each day to find cute bakeries, artsy shops and delicious restaurants.

Stunning location in the heart of Imerovigli...the most picturesque village/town of santorini. Authentic and beautifully renovated property.

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar pois a parte do Buffet não tinha queijos e frios em geral. Nem Buffet quente nem gelado. Café sofrível. Você pode solicitar o a lá carte porém bem restrito. O café da manhã foi decepcionante. Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento na piscina praticamente inexistente, vc fica horas aguardando algum funcionário aparecer.O hotel também fecha a cozinha cedo e como lá é tudo longe ficamos sem ter o que comer de noite. Se você alugar carro também ficará sem opção pois não tem onde parar e não tem manobrista pra ajudar. A vista do hotel é incrível pena não ter um cFe da manhã delicioso e um atendimento bom na piscina.

The caldera/ocean view was amazing. The area around the resort was also not as crowded as Oia or Fira. The service was also great!

Great hotel and top of the line service. Breakfast was delicious and offered varieties. One minus is that the ad on Hotels.com made it look like we had a private terrace with hot tub and sumbeds. Then it turned out this was a shared area with two other rooms.
