Apartment was nice sofabed wasn’t comfortable and carpet was old bedroom was nice and comfortable and cold too because was too hot outside and staff was nice and helpful all the time,except cleaning staff didn’t clean the room properly when we had check in and they didn’t clean the table properly and bottom part of table was very dirty and dusty and dust was on the floor too. We had nice river view from our window so hardly stayed in the apartment but was very nice area and safe and very quiet and peaceful all the time!

We had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which included a dishwasher and a washing machine, extremely convenient during a longer trip. We also really enjoyed the balcony and its beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical accommodation, and we would gladly stay there again.

Had a lovely stay, super convenient parking. Short walk to Canary Wharf tube station. Great amenities. Will definitely be staying again.

It's not a terrible hotel, it was clean and functional. However the weather was very warm during our visit and the aircon was capped in both temperature and speed so it wasn't enough to cool the room - you could just about feel slightly cooler air if you put your hand right up against the unit. We couldn't even try to circulate some air to get a breeze as the window was sealed shut. It was OK for one night, but I'd check the temperature if I was going again.

Very polite and helpful staff. Easy to check in and out. Definitely good for a stay in London as it’s walking distance to DLR / Canary Wharf station.

Oda temizliği mükemmel değil ama idare ettik yine de. Çarşaflar temizdi, mutfaktaki malzemeler temizdi ve yeni görünüyordu(tencere, tabaklar vs). Onun dışında banyoda ve çekyatta yıpranmışlıklar vardı. Çekyatın ömrü tükenmiş kesinlikle yenilenmeli. Banyo küveti değişmeli. Odada klima yok, vantilatör var. Haziran sonunda gitmemize rağmen vantilatör çoğu durumda yeterli gelmedi maalesef. Serinlemek için lobiye indik, gidince anlayacaksınız :) Konum olarak elizabet line, jubilee line hatlarına 10-15 dk mesafede. Ulaşım rahat. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. İlk konaklama için tercih edilebilir.

Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!

Great flat/apartment that was a home from home and spotlessly clean. Very convenient for our weekend at Excel and for exploring Canary Wharf. Great price too...very happy!!

Frokosttilbudet var svært skuffende. Frokosten ble levert på hotellrommet i stedet for å serveres i en frokostsal eller restaurant. Dette ble ikke opplyst om ved bestilling eller innsjekk. Begrunnelsen som ble gitt var at frokostsalen var under oppussing, men det var ingen synlige tegn til renoveringsarbeid, og hotellets fellesarealer fremsto heller ikke som tilrettelagt for et alternativt frokostoppsett. Treningsrommet sto heller ikke i forhold til forventningene. Det fremsto i praksis som et lite hotellrom som var gjort om til treningsområde, med svært begrenset plass og fasiliteter. Personalets serviceopplevelse var dessverre også under forventning. Kommunikasjonen var ofte kortfattet, og det var flere situasjoner hvor det var vanskelig å gjøre seg forstått på engelsk. Dette gjorde det utfordrende å få informasjon og nødvendig hjelp under oppholdet.

Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. Toiletries provided were great, and the Nespresso coffee machine and selection of Nespresso pods and teas were a nice surprise! Kitchen area was fab - we had so much kitchenware available to use, including; an oven, hob and pullout hood, a washing machine and a small table and chairs to sit and eat at. Really impressed with this hotel overall and had a great stay!

Staying in Canary Wharf, this is a really great hotel with apartments. Ours was overlooking the waterway, huge en-suite double bedroom, lounge with large sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Small table sitting coffee area downstairs with complimentary coffee. Lifts to all floors. Good location. There is a bridge from the main road to the top of steps though to get to the entrance. Fine with small cases, not sure if there is another route for larger luggage. Luggage can be stored free during the day whilst out and about. Very close to the theatre and about 7 mins walk main tube stations.

Wonderful staff very helpful and the one bed apartment was very comfortable, great layout with everything we needed. The double sofa bed was already made which we appreciated. We will definitely be back on our next stay to London.
