Hotel location was great. Staffs were helpful and attentive. We purposely chose this hotel for the location (near King’s Cross) and the fact that it could offer 3 beds in one bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will return on our next trip to London.

We have stayed here before. It is a very nice property across from Kings Cross and St. Pancras Stations. The only issue during our most recent stay was that our room faced the stations. Pretty noisy! The interior windows don't close all the way (most historic properties have modern interior windows inside the original windows) so we were forced to wear ear plugs all night. But that's life in the big city sometimes. Our room was spacious and upscale.

We booked the family suite for our weekend visit to watch a concert and it was a great stay ..Its a 10 minute walk from Euston and a few minutes walk from kingscross and at st pancras . Its on a quiet side street in a safe location. The room was perfect for us all and it was lovely and clean. It has hairdryer and iron for easy travelling. The complimentary snacks and juices were a great touch. I'd be more than happy to recommend it and stay there again .

Newly refurbished super clean bijoux room- one of few in London where you can sleep with the window open all night and we didn't hear a sound! Super stay!

Lovely property very close to Kings Cross, within walking distance. Staff polite and pleasant and room clean with air conditioning. Only negative I can say is that there was no fresh coffee in the room as advertised (we had to go to the communal dining room for hot drinks). The staff explained that they didn’t have a delivery that day. Also, no microwave in the small kitchen area of the room. However, we would definitely stay again.

Very well located, right next to train station, close to lots of London sites. 24 hour lobby, felt very safe and secure. Very clean and well presented.

We were greeted at the door by staff and were pleasantly surprised by the little tour we received of the hotel! There is a great little dining/gathering area downstairs. Our room was conveniently located on the main floor and was stocked with a great supply of snacks. We were grateful to have a clean, comfortable stay with a little kitchenette. Fixtures were modern and the guys at the desk were great to answer our questions. It’s so close to St. pancras that we’ll definitely stay again!

Stayed one night because of location. Arrived on early flight from US and needed a spot near Euston station for a morning train the following day. Able to arrange for an early check in (with fee) which mitigated the time change somewhat. The hotel is a bit cramped but very clean, quiet and convenient. Very close to British Library and the British Museum is easily walkable. The bed was super and Shuk who was working the desk was extremely helpful.

Rooms comfortable and extremely clean. Very close to train and underground stations. Great location. Hotel people were friendly and very helpful. Especially Dale who answered all our questions and gave us great tips. Well deserved 5 star rating.

Passei quatro dias e o quarto para 3 pessoas foi ideal. Voltei para passar um dia, paguei caro e colocaram 05 pessoas num quarto pequeno e com apenas um banheiro. Paguei mais 525 libras por uma diária.

Amazing hotel with super helpful and courteous staff. Located right next to St. Pancras and Kings Cross stations, this is a perfect location to stay in. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!

The hotel was a very short walk from St. Pancras station. The free snacks and drinks in the room were very welcome. The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming.

Comfortable, very clean, great customer service, stocked fridge of free goodies, fresh coffee, and air conditioning! Woo-hoo! It was a win-win all the way around! The location was amazing on top of everything else. We will choose this hotel again.
