Faltan instalaciones para personas de la 3ra edad y minusválidos como elevadores y las sabanas y colchas muy viejas y malas y hay arañas por todos lados.

El personal de recepcion de muy mal caracter la cama que me toco tenia los resortes de fuera comentamos en recepcion y al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion

Excelente hubicacion, el lugar muy tranquilo, altamente recomendable .

Staff was great rooms were clean but I didn't like the fact that when I reserved the room there was no option to say I wanted a room with an air conditioner. So of course our 1st night was horrible very very hot but they they switch us to another room with air conditioner the following day

This hotel was badly kept, filled with roaches and mosquitos. Cheap blankets and no AC. Costumer service was poor and inefficient.

Buenas tardes, la base de la cama estaba muy baja, casi nivel piso, se podría mejorar colocando una base mas alta.

Es un excelente lugar, muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, estacionamiento, wifi, lugares para comer cerca, solo los muebles están algo desgastados, la cama super cómoda, agua caliente, higiene ok, no hay elevadores.

We had a late check in but when we went to go check in the rude lady at the desk said it was to late and that we could no longer check in! We had already paid in full our room but she still said she could not give us a room because she didn’t have any available. We have done late check in with no problems before

El costo de la habitación es muy alto para lo modesto del lugar , no cuenta con aire acondicionado y no se puede descansar ya que se escuchan demasiado los autos que pasan en la calle !
