Great breakfast very clean but for £92 it was not worth it as the hotel is very much in need of investment

Clean enough for a business stay but quite shabby decor all round

Our room had recently been decorated and was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room in the car park. We arrived early but our rooms were ready so we checked in. The staff were helpful.

Only stayed one night, only saw one staff member and he was pleasant, the room was comfortably and clean. Unfortunately I didnt stay for breakfast or use any of the amenities but would consider stopping again.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Parking was available at rear of property.

Very dirty and disgusting. Hot as hell which seems to be a theme at hotels in the area. I'm itching just thinking about our stay. Heat makes the room unbearable, I spent more time at the air conditioned Morrisons down the street than Idid int the hotel, (thanks to Morrisons for not charging me for loitering). Just an old dirty box they call a hotel with pictures that had to have been airbrushed because even AI would have a hard time making this up. The pictures fooled me don't fall for it.

Really minor things, the hotel is a little aged, could do with a lick of paint in the halls and some minor alterations, not terrible, but matched the price we paid I suppose.

I liked the hotel but I was there during a heatwave and it was hard being able to sleep without any air conditioning or fan. So in normal circumstances I think it is alright, but if you're going to stay with high temperatures I would avoid it.

We only stayed one night in a twin bedded room! It was clean and comfortable but it was on the 2nd floor, no lift and 2 very narrow staircases! We didn’t eat there at all as we’d visited friends en route and then were heading off to further afield!

Small hotel run for a family that make you feel at home. Food was good, need order before everything is cooked fresh from scratch! Helpful staff and clean and tidy. Building is old but well kept. Definitely I will be back. Price was good for what you get and price didn’t increase because Silverstone as other hotels did. Love it

TIP Do not choose a room facing the front as you can hear the road noise.

Budget hotel made excellent by super helpful owners/staff. Very kind and helpful people who were happy to help me with hair dryer, cell phone charger for out of country Travellers. No elevator but they carried my suitcase to the room for me. Very nice people made my stay lovely. Decent breakfast and they accommodated my vegetarian diet.

The room was clean and tidy with all the usual additions - tea, coffee, toiletries etc. The mattress on the bed was not too firm, but acceptable however, please be aware that the reception is NOT 24 hours...which was an issue for us as the fire alarm went off at 4am and there was no-one around to take charge of the situation. Fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm, but with no staff around to manage the situation, it was very unsettling and e did not sleep for the rest of the night..! Seems no-one works at reception on Sunday mornings either, so we could not discuss this episode with anyone from the hotel...!!

I stayed at Columbia Hotel & Restaurant and overall had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel has a friendly, family-run feel and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a positive difference. The room was clean, tidy, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. While the hotel is a bit dated in places, everything was well-maintained and I felt comfortable during my visit. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities. Overall, it’s a solid budget-friendly hotel that delivers on cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service. I would happily stay again for a short visit and would recommend it for anyone looking for good value accommodation in Wellingborough.

Decent family room and a decent place to stay for the night. My only complaint was the shower head is fixed making it difficult for people of smaller height (like myself) to shower properly - it also leaked out of the shower because of its positioning which drenched the floors.

The place was for dss poor food long wait very dated hotel needs a revamp room was ok staff try but seem to lack experience

It is a old building with all its quirks but comfortable and suited our needs. Did not use Resturant.
