Stayed here for 10 nights. Clean and comfortable bedroom, friendly and helpful staff except for the room service operator and one of the front office lady, near intime and the people's hospital. I'm very satisfied with the housekeeper who usually clean our room on the 19th floor, she is very friendly and kind. I also appreciate the hospitality and helpfulness of one of the front office staff (a guy, not too tall, I forgot his name, but everytime I see him, he always wear grey suit). Laundry service is very fast. Breakfast is 6/10. Ming court restaurant is 7/10.
