非常舒服的溫泉酒店

服務人員非常有和善，環境優良，陶盤DIY好玩，露天溫泉有雪。

Excellent facility and service. It is an older facility, though still clean and well maintained. Dining halls are huge and there are bar, gift shops and a pottery workshop to keep you occupied. The onsen isn't too fancy, but it is expected at this price. The dinner was much better than I had expected, huge variety and great quality. Comparable to US$200+ per person resorts. Staff was friendly and surprisingly fluent in English (even compared to Tokyo) and genuinely wanted to help you out - they drove me to the station for free when I asked them to call a taxi.

Hotel is clean and tidy, with more than enough amenities and Yukata provided in amenities room next to lobby. Staff are very helpful with and speaking different languages. Room is spacious and clean. Just the onsen itself is not very impressive.

有定期接駁車至車站接送，大廳迎接人員親切，並特別請華語服務人員詳細解說。房間舒適，溫泉池寬敞，晚餐在包廂用餐，會席料理精緻豐富，自助式早餐有許多菜色。很貼心在接待櫃檯插上中華民國的國旗，退房坐上接駁車時還送一份小禮物。整體非常滿意，很期待再次入住。

Great hotel, super welcoming staff and a lot of snacks! The rooms were spacious and clean. But the sound proofing is poor. Every night heard of people talking very loud. The breakfast time was too short. My room does not have view

Spotless rooms, absolutely amazing staff

The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back

A very professionally run Onsen Hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Onsen well maintained and hot.
