Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market. And great spa services!

We stayed for four nights. The staff was the best part — everyone was friendly and willing to help, and breakfast was great. The issue came on one of the nights when we couldn’t get a family room and had to take two separate rooms. In one of them, there was a leak from the ceiling, with water dripping all the way down into the room. You could hear it all night: not cool! When staff came to check, they acted surprised, but the stain on the ceiling made it obvious this had been going on for a while. That was clearly not true, and I didn’t appreciate the BS. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable

I was really impressed by the artistic decorations and tranquility feeling of the hotel. The staff are professional and friendly. We originally planned to have hammam at the site, but as the heating was not working very well, the hotel refunded our money. The one-hour full body message was great!

Authentic Riad in the center of the medina. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent staff.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Andalla. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was simple with eggs, bread, yogourt and fruit. Our one dinner was a delicious chicken tagine. The property was huge, with lots of sitting rooms and a lovely terrace. Our room was comfortable and clean. Many thanks for a great stay.

Riad Andalla Spa was fantastic. The staff couldn't have been warmer or more helpful. The place itself is beautiful, and a real haven from the busyness of the streets outside. It is also brilliantly located in the Medina, just a short walk to Jamaa El Fna, and the surrounding Souk. We loved it!

First vist to Marrakech andcstsying in a Riad property. Firstly the communication with owners was excellent throughout. We were well looked after at breakfast and the advice for visiting Marrakech was very helpful. Great property.
