I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. After I living out of Brazil more than 30 years I was disappointed that nothing has changed no matter what they do and one employee can make all the others look terrible. All they care is charging every thing even if you breathe. No courtesy and nothing special about this place .

Quite new, smart staff, large room. Strongly recommend!

Excellent accomodations, excellent and courteous staff, excellent food.

Staff was great! Multi lingual and went over and above and helped us with many special requests. Valet parking was great too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Everything was good

The only thing to improve is the shower. Was not working very well when regulating hot and cold water.

Estava tudo médio, mas O café da manhã ficou a desejar. Foi servido para nós sem perguntar o que a gente queria. O café era de máquina. Sem fruta e só serviram pão francês - nos comemos integral. Nem ofereceram ovos, suco, etc. Mesmo em tempos de pandemia, outros hotéis batem de 10 a 0 no Transamerica.

Clean, new, friendly service and well located! Very satisfied.

The rooms well kept and clean. A nice size. Beds were comfortable and a nice breakfast was offered.

Atendente no check in mal educado, atendia quem queria sem respeito a ordem de chegada. O quarto ao lado levou caixa de som e fez festa com várias pessoas até as 03:30

Já foi mais barato, o custo benefício já não está tão atrativo como antes. Uma noite fui no restaurante do hotel, muita demora ia cancelar, mas disseram que estava quase pronto, ainda demorou uns 20 min, o filé estava incomível sola de sapato, seco e sem gosto. No restaurante não volto mais

Hotel maravilhoso, não tenho nenhuma reclamação a dizer tudo muito bom, quarto limpo organizado e tudo novo cama macia, televisão com canal bons, atendimento bom, piscina linda e grande, somente o estacionamento pago 31,00 a diária

Hotel muito bacana tudo novinho roupa de cama ótima uma piscina 25mt e uma sauna top . Lugar do hotel calmo tranquilo para uma noite relaxante

Gostamos muito do Hotel, estadia ótima, cama, chuveiro, mas a cozinha deixa a desejar, pelo menos no dia o almoço estava frio, feijão frio, e era 12 quando descemos para almoçar,
